the great location with easy tram stops to get to and from the cbd. The bed was super comfy and the staff were great too
Staff and facilities were so good we extended our stay.
ideal location for my job restaurant was good downstairs room was super tidy and clean front desk staff were very helpful and efficient
TV didn't work but then I used internet which was slow and limited a bit
We discovered really good eateries nearby such as The Village which is located in a heritage like former church school and a great pub called "The College Lawn". This is a reasonable location for sightseeing given trams to city and to locations on the other side of the Yarra are frequent.
We didn't sit on the veranda because it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time/ There were cobwebs and grime on the glass panels and drink/food spill marks on the paving. We had to keep doors closed and air con because of the road noise in peak hours.
The comfort of the rooms both living area and bedrooms were great. the location to Albert park area is a bonus when going for a walk, and the location to entertainment such as the Village to relax and have a drink was fantastic.
lost my daughter in the lift when going to the underneath car park,by not having the key for security to activate the lift to find her on the upper level. totally my fault by not remembering what level we were parked on.
Very convenient location . Staff were very polite. The cleaning department does a good job.
I expected complimentary Wi Fi. I paid for one day around 3 am but had no WiFi by the time I checked out at 9am.
The facilities in the apartment. The reception staff were very helpful
The cleaners had to be reminded to clean and service the apartment
parking was secure as was the whole establishment.
cleaner removed our room facility card & left the fridge door open which resulted in having to use freezer to get my beer cold at end of day's excursion.
Balcony was great. Young boy at reception was very efficient his name was Jesse.
Didn't like that we weren't guaranteed car spaces, even though I requested them 10 days before actual date of stay. Ironing board in room was faulty and kept falling down.
kitchen a bonus, close to transport, eateries and entertainment venues
room comfortable but somewhat dark, facing office block.
Location, room quality.
The manager & staff's inflexible, unhelpful attitude in providing us a car park given I had requested it via online booking a month prior and our circumstances meant we couldn't park on the street - which we would have been happy to if we could! Ute with no lock- up tarp containing 6 ppls luggage for 10days in tassi - golf sticks etc. And still they said we couldn't have a park. They couldn't even help us unload all our luggage if we did have to park on st because they're 'only a 4star hotel'!! Parking apparently on a first in first serve basis - but I'd already booked it!!! After mgr made me cry on phone on our way to melb - and my husbands furious conv'n with him - he found a car park for us. Never staying at a mantra again! Ruined the first day of my holiday!
I liked the room very well made
Loved that it had a balcony, very modern big bed. Fantastic value for money and that was on a weekend too.
Due to checking in extremely late we thought it was be fair if we had complimentary late check out when asked we were told hotel is fully booked and we had to check out at 10 but then was told it is $20 extra per hour of stay. His name was Jesse and he was very rude and unhelpful
friendly cleaning staff and well mannered
No toothbrush and paste provided
Very close to tram line giving great mobility around Melbourne and St Kilda Very modern and comfortable apartments
Apartment was quite small
Location was close to main tram lines.
Some of the staff members were a bit rude. Bed Sheets were NOT very clean.
Reception staff were lovely, and there was great coffee in the cafe.
Naked ceiling where they were fixing a leak, bathroom sink a bit tired around the grout
Good location and friendly staff. Staff able to attend to most issues.
1.TV did not work on arrival and staff had to be called. 2.Shower head lose and very difficult to shower. Repair carried out second day. 3.Water leaks onto floor from shower due to missing seal at bottom of shower door. So you had to clean up floor each time you showered to prevent running onto carpet. Frustrating. 4.Overpriced in comparison to others nearby.
Staff were very helpful, they made the room available early, arranged a late check out, arranged a car to the airport, greeted us every time we walked past reception. The room was clean and comfortable. It's our second time there for the tennis, and will be booking again when the dates for next years Aus open are released. Tram at the door, great restaurant and we met some stars.
Closeness to public transport and cafes.
Even though located on St Kilda Rd, the room was very quiet and had good blockout curtains. Easy tram ride to the city, knowledgeable staff and good parking ($20 per night). Would stay againn.
Only complaint would be the bed which was quite hard, no pillowtop mattress here!
Close to trams. On site parking. Good kitchenette. Large fridge. Comfortable bed.
Not enough crockery and cutelry.Floors not cleaned in 5 days. Quoted price did not include GST. TV system slow starting.
Comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Pleasant helpful staff.
For price I paid, I expected free wifi. Cannot believe that this establishment charges for wifi. Move with the times please, people expect that at the very least!
with parking and near BDC
