VERY noisy air con. Thin walls, could here neighbours going for a leak and yet couldn't hear aircraft at nearby airport ???

very prompt service to and from the airport; friendly staff; comfortable bed

The shower and toil;et were dirty. The floor in front of the toilet smelt like urine and the doors to the bathroom didnt shut properly into the bedroom.

The hotel is modern and new.

No one to help me with all my luggage.

When ever someone accessed their room next to mine it sounded like they were coming into my room and scared me a little.

Close to airport and our car hire drop off so very convenient. Very clean and nice room, well appointed. Room was very quiet. Airport shuttle is a great help specially for early departures like us.

Good location close to the airport. Very prompt shuttle service with a helpful friendly driver and all for free Room service is the same price as eating downstairs Pool and gym were nice, warm and clean water Bed was comfortable and size of room very good.

I had already emailed the hotel before booking to say that I would be arriving at 7am, and it was not mentioned that a surcharge would be required. The gentleman on the desk suggested I pay for an entire nights stay ($159), or wait to check in until 8am and pay. $80, which I had little choice but to agree to. However ten minutes later he came across and said I was making the place look bad, and so would give me the room at that time for just $30. I thought this was very poor service, especially when a guest has paid a good amount of money and just travelled for 24hrs to arrive at the destination. The gentleman said that " every hotel is the same" but he is so wrong, I've stayed at cheaper places all over be world and never had an issue like this one. I didn't like the cheap sliding door to the bathroom, and the air con was extremely noisy and it was difficult to regulate the temperature, it was consistently too hot or cold. Also the spa pool was broken upstairs and the food was poor quality and overpriced, particularly the breakfast with cold toast and no butter for the croissant, plus it arrived 30 mins earlier than requested and I was not ready for it really but had to take it.

location room was very comfortable

less than impressed by evening meal in restaurant - dined between 6 and 7 pm as per sign re promotion - didn't realise needed to book - in a largely empty restaurant - to qualify for the special deal of a free glass of wine or beer. This was despite a conversation with reception staff who failed to make us aware of the 'fine print'.

Hotel is close to Tullamarine. Great if you are on an early flight. Free shuttle is available at any time. Check in was quick and efficient. Comfortable room.

Handy to airport, quiet, clean, comfortable. Had everything I needed. Had shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer available.

Not so close to any shops, nowhere you could walk to. No newspaper delivered. No folder of information about the hotel or Melbourne in room.

the pool and view

ended up getting charged more for carparking because it wasnt explained what we had to do . Restaurant dinner service could have been more efficient

If you needed a comfortable place to stay by an airport, this is it. It has everything a business traveler can ask for, and the staff are ace.

The gym is functional, but would be a squeeze if there were any more than seven or eight people in there. Leave the swimsuit at home - there's not much you can do in the 10-meter long lap pool.

Beautiful hotel near the airport run by top-notch staff. I would recommend to everyone.

Shuttle fees were a little pricey ($9 each way per person). I should have checked before we turned in our rental car but we were leaving really early in the morning and didn't want to miss our flight.

I booked 15 minutes before I arrived, room was ready A great place to relax after a long day of traveling The airport transfer in the morning was wonderful and got me to the airport in plenty of time

the walls are too thin, quite noisy at night to try and sleep

I paid the deluxe room but they provide me not the deluxe room. Restaurant staffs really rude manner and not polite.
