The service of the receptionist was amazing. Very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and it was good to have fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The room and bathroom felt secure and clean. It was good to have secure parking too.

Maybe a lift would be beneficial. The stairs, while safe, are a bit worn and third floor is a bit of a trek.

Clean, simple, basic - all that we wanted for one night

Not much comments to stated, only stay for overnight ready for next day's business. Receptionist is so kindly and nice, let us to choose the room. However, one of us still found the cockroach in the toilet. Anyway, it's reasonable

Very old, ran down condition, dirty, very hard to park a car, though I had two rooms booked and one car, could not find a spot as other guests had 2 and 3 cars!!! Rooms had a bad smell, management left windows wide open to get rid of the bad smell; one of the rooms had couple of big cockroaches (I have a photo to prove it). Bathrooms were dirty, broken tiles and the shower base needs a lot of scrubbing. In short; it was a bad experience, waste of money and a complete dissapointment.

Location, discretion, privacy

Room upstairs, but no lifts. Many young guests, quite noisy at night family rooms suit young guests on a budget, therefore parties at night etc.

Good service, keen to help, free internet.

Difficult to change booking, don't answer e-mail, tiny rooms for 5 people, early cleaning and if you are still there, they wont come back. Bad placement of poweroutlets. Way too expensive compared to what you get.

Dirty and Old

Good price for more or less last minute booking. Close to transport, bus and train. Comfortable room. Good amenities. Surprisingly quiet given location (on busy road).

The fact that the hotel did not have any elevator since I am travelling with family and an infant.

We only stayed for 1 night for the school spectacular with 3 adults and 2 children. There are not many motels close to city that can fit or will allow this many in one room and I wasn't prepared to pay for two rooms for one night. Relatively close to city, security parking with no charge. Lady in office very friendly and helpful. Room was older style but room and bathroom clean beds comfy would stay there again.

No lift so had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs, wouldn't recommend elderly people to stay there unless on ground floor. Train station close by but the trains weren't running so had to endure a long scary bus trip which made us later than planned.Would be helpful if the motel had this info to let travelers know the trains were a no go.
