despite requesting a double and queen beds as configuration we did not get it.it was not made clear that it was a 3 story motel,have bad knees and 6 flights of stairs was impossible! |

they put my whole family of give into a small room with one queen size and three single beds. They called this family room. It's really crowded. We couldn't really move except sleep. |

Nice lady at front desk who was very helpful. Free internet. The place was low quality for the price; the room (advertised as a family room) was small and cramped and very overpriced at $190. Paint was peeling from the bathroom walls and the facilities had obviously deteriorated. I thought the quality would be much higher because it was listed on your site. |

Not their fault but they definitely are no where near the air port. Also, no elevator which was a serious problem for my 50+ mom with 4 bags for international travel. |

the location of the hotel just 20minutes train two darling harbour. safety yes, i cant understand why that guys charge my credit card if i pay in cash the 3 nigths , the charge two nigths to my credit card i need your help to reverse the transaction |

friendly service from staff & convienance to transport. I was in a non smoking room but some one had been smoking recently in the room and I had to take allergy tablets to over come my reaction to this.The room was very smokie.This is not a reflection on staff as they have no controll over people while they are in their rooms.If possible the room should be aired out for several days but it was a busy time & not possible to do this. |

Venligt personale, gode parkeringsforhold, wireless internet. Motellet fremstår noget slidt og trænger til renovering. Prisniveau er for højt i forhold til komfort og beliggenhed. |
