The staff were lovely, the dinner was delicious and they have even catered for the littlies

The microwave had paint peeling in the interior and I had to warm the babies bottle in that, I was not too happy about that. The television was located in the babies room, and we had to watch it thru the entrance, which was a bit silly as the babies were in bed by 7.30, and were woken by the telly a few times.

The hotel was situated right in the heart of town. Very friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms. I would defiantly recommend it.

thin walls. didn't get that much sleep with the young couple in the adjoining suite. got woken up at 10pm with loud shouting swearing. doors banging. went on for at least 2-3 hours.

Easy check in and check out with pleasant staff. We had a king suite, it was a great size with a lounge suite and plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable, we liked the furnishings and overall clean and tidy. Teriffic location in the heart of Margaret River means most restaurants and bars are within walking distance Would definitely book again!!!

Floor rugs were very stained and dirty, bathroom was dated and worn.

Loved the location was on the main street and accessable to everywhere

When we intially entered our room our shower head was broken but was quickly fixed when I made a call to reception...there is nothing bad I would say about this accomodation

Difficult to find as the address was the MArgaret River Hotel and we did not realise this and as the number in the address was not easy to see, we did walk past the hotel a couple of times and eventually had to phone.

Lovely staff, great spot, great size rooms - stayed a few times and will definitely stay again. Great band at the pub on Sunday arvo too - perfect day.

The person staying in the room prior to us, we believe, had been smoking in the room. Maybe there could be a couple of rooms that are dedicated to smokers? when i got glass for water, the cupboard under he sink smelled like it had been wiped out with a stinky stale cloth : (

Didn't clean rooms or change towels ect. Bed was abit uncomfortable Wouldn't stay again

The design of the hotel is very cosy. Good location as well. Quiet.

The room was spacious and the hotel was central to the town, wineries and beaches.

Unfortunately the wall separating our room and the next wasn't sound proof so we heard every sound including a small party they had until 2am one morning.

Location was great. Right in the heart of Margaret river town. Close to restaurants shops and cafe's. Our room was very quiet too.

The rooms could probably do with a paint job and maybe some new furniture . Otherwise all good. Large and comfortable suite and friendly staff.

Can't complain really. For the price they charged it was very well equipped room. Right above the bistro and it wasn't very loud.

I like its location as it is in the heart of town. Room interior is lovely too.

Limited activities around the hotel

beds were most uncomfortable !!! we were really tiered next morning....

Proximity to city center.

Wish there was a small stove for us to cook given we were in a family suite. Having internet connection would also be a great service for many younger travellers.

Location is good and the customer service is excellent. I booked it online, for some reason, the room catagory did not been display. But staff did it well and change a better room for us.

facilities need to upgrades, i.e. the TV size is too small, not comformtable for watching.

Me and my girlfriend went here for valentines for 2 nights, everything was fantastic, we were greeted with friendly service from Reception and a lovely clean room. I would recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to stay for a few nights so you can see Margret river.

On the Friday night there was live music up until 11:00 pm had trouble sleeping. Had to ask for towels

the locality and size of the room

the room itself was too dark with no natural light - there was a tree/bush blocking the two windows blocking out all natural light which meant you had to permanently keep the light on.

Beds very comfortable

Great location to discover the many places of interest at Margaret River, parking was great, very quiet and we were very happy with our stay.
