Good location. Close to Central train station. Walking distance to Paddy's Market, Powerhouse Museum and bus stop for free CBD shuttle. Room key card was wrongly deactivated one day before departure. Housekeeping non-existent on Sunday and erratic on other days. Mattresses too soft and saggy. Hotel decor (lobby and room) too minimalist, bordering on stark rather than edgy. Poor hotel security: anyone could walk into the lobby, enter the elevators and go directly to the garage or hotel room floors. |

The reception staff was very courteous. The room didn't have any chemical smells such as fabric softener, air freshener, or cleaning agents. I have chemical sensitivities and these things trigger asthma attacks and lingering breathing difficulties. Even though we were on the 8th floor, there was a certain amount of traffic noise. Also, there was no computer for guest use. |

I thought hotel location was excellent, room was clean & efficient, TV set was beautifully placed relative to bed. Staff were polite and efficient. Price for the room and mini bar were excellent. After one night tea bag replacement was with Earl Grey, not English Breakfast - not good. Shower head directly above your head I do not like. (petty I know but there you go) |

The most important thing for us was the location. We did not have a vehicle, so the proximity to the Train was the major factor in my choice. The location was great for us. No, but for pensioners, which we are, it certainly was as much as we could afford to pay, but the location justified this, I feel. |

Found the location very acceptable. The staff were very helpful and polite and knew their job. Cleanliness was spot on. Found the hotel was noisy at night but proper double glazed windows would solve problem. |

Convenience, good service and well located, ie, it is nearby to University of Sydney. My only gripe was there wasn't enough multi-plug / adapters and I had to wait for a couple of days after making a request. |

Great location for long-distance buses and railway.Walking distance to China Town and other city attractions. Staff very helpful. Some street and guest noise experienced. Breakfast rather expensive-much cheaper alternatives nearby. |

Good location,nice clean room On checking out the staff member was not familiar with fully pre-paid and requested I pay for my room again. very embarrasiing as there was a lot of clients checking in and out and I had to find my booking confirmation to verify with him. no apology from him. |

The staff were very friendly;the quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the servive;the location was a big plus as it was close to transport and to the city centre. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. |
