The Marque Sydney  

Situation by Central Station good although plenty traffic noise. On the route of the free bus to Circular Quay. Quite big modern room.

Housekeeping rather variable when some weekdays even tea cups and glasses were not washed. Staff quality variable - some very good and helpful others would not even look you in the eye.Check in and check times not reasonable and taken inflexibly.

, Great location across the road from Central train station, on arrival staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great value for money. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location, close the Paddy's market and along the busy shopping area in the city. The room is new, clean and confortable.

I was allocated a connecting room. The noise from next door is quite loud and I can hear their tv.

Found toilet in room was dirty when checked in, asked to be cleaned and they came straight away whichjwas good but it should have been clean. Bed was very hard, these need updating. Tired looking room decor

The staff were incredibly helpful, the room and bathroom were amazing. The buffet breakfast was so yummy and the location of the motel it'self was the best! Will definitely be back soon!

A great location, with lovely staff and a very warm atmosphere that makes you feel as close to home away from home. Very clean, good food, and a welcoming and professional approach.

1. The Marque Sydney does not change bed linens daily as it is a common practice among all hotels. 2. The house keeping service is atrocious. Tissue box was left empty. Some times we were not given hand towels.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel itself was in a very convenient location, right across from Central Station.

I found the room quite hot (especially considering it was an average autumn day) when I arrived and the air con took a fair while to kick in and cool things down.

Clean comfortable room & very comfortable bed,really helpful and friendly staff, great position for getting around with central across the road and good restaurants close by. I had booked for a balcony room but was accidentally booked into one without in the hotel's system however when I informed them of this they upgraded us to a larger apartment style room for no extra cost which was great! We didn't buy much from the mini bar but it was very reasonably priced too.

It didn't bother us at all, I quiet like the sounds of a busy city, but the hotel is on a busy intersection corner so there was quiet a bit of noise at night. It may bother some other people. Having said this I imagine it would be a similar situation staying anywhere in Sydney city.

I have stayed at the Marque several times, I choose it for location and comfort. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

My only suggestion for improvement is that the restaurant menu could use a makeover. Kind regards

I've stayed at the Marque many times now and can't find fault with it. It's ideally located, close to Central station, handy for Chinatown and buses leave from right outside the door to all parts of the city.
