Staff friendly and helpful, our room pleasant and the location much appreciated. No shower caps provided, hair dryer only worked on the cool setting and arriving back at room at the end of the day tired to find access had been cancelled, this happened twice. |

Rooms were soundproof, clean, & staff were friendly and obliging. Liked the Happy hour drinks price. Venue very handy to station, Paddy's markets, and Chinatown. Also handy to bus transport. I would stay there again. I would have liked a continental breakfast included in the tariff. |

it is centrally located in the city and walking distance to central station with its central location the traffic noise can be disturbing especilly if you intend to sleep in. There was only one Front Office staff manning the counter ( his name is Marcos) in the morning and he did an excellent job all by himself and handled the pressure from a queue of hotel guests. |

Medium quality hotel conveniently located right by Central railway station Expensive, doubtless because of location. |

Very beautiful bedroom, close from central station, nice personnal, flat tv, very good bed and big shower. Swimmingpool closed, no bath in the bathroom, fridge empty, nobiscuit with tea, bedroom's door is not soundproof, bad view, phone service not aviable, taxi's driver don't know that hotel and can't stop easily front the door. |

Drilling noise in the afternoon. Long wait for lift as only one in operation. Hopefully this will be a thing of the past when your renovations are finished, until then I must tick 'no' to your next 2 questions. |

Central location, clean room It was annoying that the pool/spa area was closed. The website heavily promoted this & it was the main reason for choosing this hotel. We understood this was part of the package & made the price worth paying but we were disappointed to not be able to take advantage of this facility. No discount was offerde to compensate for the lack of the advertised facility |
