Convenient and close to all facilities. Roomy and comfortable. Responded quickly to requests and allowed us to store our luggage until our departure.
Some of the lights didn't work and most of the crockery was chipped.
The location is excellent.
The TV was very small and hard to operate. Also the beds were very uncomfortable.
It was a great location and good size plenty of room to move and was clean.

No left luggage facility Difficult to find/ no direct interaction with Myriad Dreams staff. Apt was not well cleaned, and appliances (dishwasher, washing machine dryer did not have operating instructions) The addition of more kitchen equipment (grater, sieve/ strainer, more crockery etc) would be helpful
Apartment had everything, close to grocery shop and roomy.

10 mins walk to Tramcar pick up point which was reason we stayed overnight. Very comfortable and spacious.

Mould in bathroom, no kitchen utensils so could not cook (only tongs and soup laddle) (totally useless kitchen), no working kettle, uncomfortable tiny couch which was not suitable for an apartment or for a 6 sleeper apartment, beds are not hotel standard, pillows useless,
The room was left unclean and I was waiting till 7pm for cleaners to clean it. The cleaners were lovely and very helpful!

the heating could of been better, the rooms became very cold during the night electric blankets would be a good idea
Pool, gym and location.
Washing machine leaked. Dishwasher leaked the one time we used it. No mop provided to enable us to clean up. Mismatched, incomplete crockery for 6 people as per booking. Rangehood was broken and did not work at all. Overall disappointed, the apartment needs maintenance. Not good value for money.

I stayed at Inner Melbourne Apartments with 4 young colleagues for a conference. It's very good to stay one place because we could prepare our presentaions and talked, ate a lot.
We asked earliy check-in,but the concerge informed it couldn't find keys for our apartment. He said we should call the company to cope with this accident. He said it was not his job, but rented his cell phone to me to call the company. Regarding cleanliness, some corners of a TV table and a side table in the livingroom were dusty, seemed not be wiped for long time.

Had to move apartments on the second night due to an administration error, however a bottle of wine was given as a token. Communication between Myriad apartments and consierge desk could have been better.

Cleaning wasn't complete when we arrived, dishes still in dishwasher which had a horrible smell so I had to re-hand wash all dishes (that weren't used by us).

As it was the first time i had stay there i was felt very unsure about checking in as no reception and not really any sort of welcome or explaination unless you asked lots of questions. If i hadn't rang to confirm booking felt i would of been a bit lost with where to book in and what to expect.
Would have been excellent but the apartment had not been cleaned after previois customers. Very disappointed that no one on stand by in the building to solve issues like ours. Dirty bathroom no bed linen and dirty dishes. Purpose of booking was to relax not work up a sweat cleaning up after room service forgot to make room up
Not clean carpet very dirty and needs cleaning and vaccuuming. Blinds broken not in good repair

First appt very dirty and poorly furnished. Second appt better but chair broken and blind in bedroom broken. One tea towel for 6 nights. Asked for non smoking both had butts at door in try.
