2 single sized blankets rather than 1 double sized Booking.com didnt outline the $150 bond which is charged at check in. Not a financial issue, just an inconvenience.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Would be very suitable for family or a group.

The apartment was not near any shopping or facilities. I did not have a car and it was too far to walk to shopping or restaurants. I had to order in a meal from a restaurant that delivered and this was very expensive.The apartment offered food, but it was very limited and also quite expensive.

Staff at reception - Sunny was anything it Sunny. I felt I was an inconvenience for turning up and he took quite a long time to even find my reservation making me feel nervous as to we whether my booking had gone through. Second, it was overpriced.

Clean, quiet, modern and well furnished. Fast service and beautiful location. Fantastic king bed.

Small single-level apartment. Tiny non-existent balcony with a cheap plastic chair.

Staff exceedingly helpful. Large units with flexible bedding. Great location - near M2 but very quite, backs onto bushland.

Cleaning staff not very good. Our apartments were not serviced one day and the garbage was not removed and beds made by pulling up the doona on another day. Carpet was not vacumed at all and no vacum to do it yourself. Would have also liked a colanda and electric frypan in the units, but apart from that equiped well.

Had everything we needed and good quiet setting

A little bit tired eg. Mould on ensuite ceiling. Split front door. Would not stop us staying again.

Central for our needs

Poor house keeping. Over the 3 days we were there house keeping made one room and left the other room as is (childrens room). Towels were not chnaged even when they were left on the floor. Front desk when informed said they will advise house keeping.

Spacious living area downstairs including an outdoor deck. Bedrooms located upstairs each with ensuite. Friendly helpful staff.

Had a little trouble finding the apartments as address is North Ryde on internet but suburb is actually Marsfield. Took us longer to get from apartment to Olympic Park by taxi than expected.

Loved the location, the space in the apartments and the relaxed nature of the place. Would definately stay again.

Little things - dishes in the cupboard were dirty when we went to use them - tiles around the pool falling off in places and could do with a bit of maintenance. - reception should be open earlier for those who need to check out.

I liked the 2 storey feels like home more

it was very noisy in the morning from about 6 am. We had a bus beeping the horn yelling for people to hurry up thought it was quite rude as we didn't have to leave to 10am

Cheap and comfortable.

It was great to stay in a serviced apartment so we could use the facilities plus the bbq.

The fridge in our unit 44 leaked but I forgot to write that on the repair slip.

The bush view and the size.

That the cleaners walked into the room without knocking before check out time and asked us when we were checking out. The reception were supposed to talk to cleaners and get back to me and it hasn't happened yet. Unacceptable violation of privacy and they didn't seem to notify cleaners when occupants left and couldn't understand why that was an issue.

The rooms where nice

Customer service was appauling! I was told I would be able to check-in at 11am and my room wasnt ready till 12.30pm. And to add to that, the lady I dealt with wasnt exactly the most pleasant of them all, she also seemed very inexperienced.

The apartment is with 2 separate rooms, space is quite good and sufficient for 3-4 people, great for family stay. It is next to a national park, so a bit quiet and dark during daytime. This place is close to a shopping center, only 2 min drive, which makes shopping quite easy.

All facilities are provided where necessary, but relatively old, although well maintained. The staff at reception was helpful, but not very nice.

Not as clean as I expected. Pillow was put on bed without pillowslip. Towel rails falling apart.

Towels and bathing items are not replenished every day.
