The position was good so that we could get into Sydney and then the Blue Mountains. Rooms were spacious.

Small kitchen with worn out equipment. Not enough glasses and plates were chipped. Poor cleanliness of apartment.This was portrayed as an executive apartment but, as an executive, I expected a lot more. I stayed here 6 years ago on business and that is why we came here again as it was presentable then. However, everything needs updating.

It was convenient to Homebush Bay and the staff were obliging and able to assist when we experienced some difficulty.

Friendly staff and very accomodating for my family's needs. Very close to Macquarie University which suited my purposes. Also the surrounds were lovely- lots of birds and animal life such as kookaburras and skinks.

Housekeeping was a little inconsistent- did not always refresh mini bar etc. It was a little hard to get into town to buy basics such as bread and milk using public transport with three small children.

Great location for us. Had room for all the family. Had a nice pool. Quiet location.

Hot water was not working for 12 hours from when we arrived. Both dvd players were unable to connected to the TV'S.As a result were unble to use them throught our stay.

I was in Room 40 staying in the back bedroom with the verandah, but unfortunately the door to the verandah would not open with either one of the keys I had been given, therefore I could get no air into the room.

Easy to find, great place to stay, spacious and caters well for families who want to cook for themselves and need some room. Very clean, quiet and loved the bushland setting.

Clean & serviceable. Convenient to public transport. For us the trip was about catching up with friends who live on the north side so it was good for that.

The possums in the roof did wake me up in the wee hours of the morning - but this is no-one's fault, that's nature.

The Townhouse accommodation was very roomy and comfortable. It was set in a quiet setting and backed onto a reserve. The rates were very reasonable - great value for money.

Pool facilities. Spacious accommodation.

I was charged a security deposit that was not refunded for several days. I was not informed of this charge. I was also not able to take advantage of an offer to earn Frequent Flyer points.

Spacious apartment, good bedding and bathroom facilities

Old fashioned kitchen, parking not close to some of the units resulting in long distances to carry the luggage without help or trolly. Reception only occupied until 8 pm. We arrived after 8 pm and had to drive to a Travelodge nearby to pick up the keys.
