Excellent service from friendly staff. Excellent room facilities - the apartments are very convenient for a family as we were able to put our toddler to sleep in the bedroom whilst we relaxed in the adjoining lounge.

Our room overlooked the main highway, which was a little noisy. Our recommendation is to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

Wonderful location on the river. At night we had wine and cheese on the balcony looking at the stars watching the boats - so calm and peaceful, We were able to walk along the riverfront and eat at the restaurants. The river cat a 10 minute walk, where you had two stops to Southbank. Another place for great dining. Also a 15 minute stroll into the city area. A perfect location. and would definately stay there again.

Staff on the whole very helpful except for one male at reception who did not give us his full attention on our arrival.

It was clean, the room was modern, staff were friendly, and great location.

Very small room. Gym consisted of very little equipment, possibly just enough to call it a gym. Sauna poor. Pool small.Some of these things are very important and influence your choice of hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was extremely convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.

I upgraded to a river view room, however, as I was only on the 3rd floor, the view was mostly of the tennis court.

From the moment I stepped inside the door I felt welcome, All staff so helpful & friendly from reception, kitchen, cleaners I was treated like I was important, unlike some other places I have stayed. The lifts, passageways, foyer all spotless, rooms are modern & clean, bar was stocked, the view was fantastic. Bridge is noisey but when the door is closed you can hardly hear it. But that hill, it's a challenge. I would hope to stay again if I'm ever back in Brisbane.

The room with river view was briliant. The room was very clean with good facilities.

Some of their staff was not so friendly, and it's too expensive.

We bookeed a year ahead and asked for rooms close to our friends, they were floors apart, didnt like the location, great view of noisy roads

Excellent position

We were hoping to get a room with a river view but were looking over the tennis court and the story bridge. Would have prefered to be looking straight up the river. Perhaps next time?

car parking cost & no cooking facility beside a microwave

The convenience to the city ,dinning nearby was excellent,close to night clubs and bars, and close to city cat and transport.The view was lovely.
