It was convenient because we were attending a wedding reception downstairs in your ball room Reported airconditioning was not working at 6.00pm and after returning to the room at 11.30 and finding the temperature still boiling the staff moved us to another room after confirming it was not working |

I liked the size of the room, it was a suite with a small kitchen and laundry. The furnishings and bedding was of a decent quality, unlike some other hotels in the price range. The hotel was rather cheap when it came to ammenities. For example, they charge $4 for a one use laundry soap and $25 for a day use of the internet, also $6 for a bottle of water. One laundry and water should be provided free of charge; $25 for a day use of internet is much too high for Brisbane hotel, should be $15. |

Excellent location for walking around Brisabane, excellent view, very comfortable rooms and friendly & helpful room service staff On the email booking form under "Requests" heading I asked for 2 x single beds rather than 1 x queen. When I arrived the room had the latter. The desk staff told me that 2 x single was not possible in that room type, but no-one had replied to what I'd requested in my email the previous month when booking. I slept on the sofa bed (which was fine) but was charged extra for "bedding" - a bit rich considering I never had the sheets changed over 3 nights and no-one had bothered to tell me earlier that the single beds were not possible. |

We stayed at the Medina Executive for a city trip and loved the location and convenience of getting around the city. Good value for money. A light complimentary breakfast could have been included in the price. |

tried to relax and catch glimpses of the river The mini bar and extras are way oveerpriced and the room we had a 1 river view was very small and not much of a view. very noisy next to story bridge. i sent my main meal back as it was overpriced and very small but was not charged for a replacement meal |

Great staff, good food, slightly pricey, great location just s stroll to the river. I am marking down "comfort" slightly because the bed was too hard for me. Other may not have a problem though. |

The hotel was fairly close to the airport and that was my main concern was. Did not have time to spend around the hotel. There was only one bed in the hotel. |

We unfortunetly only booked for the one night at you hotel, after spending the recent 5 on daydream island , in comparison to that as I told your staff the food served at your hotel was on a scale of 1-10 would easily come in at a 15 in my eyes excellent very very friendly and helpfull staff on reception, dining and bar lounge, right through to your housekeeping staff, it's just a shame not all of the staff in all of the hotels around the world aren't like yours. I would certainly reccommend the medina brisbane to any of my friends without a doubt thankyou untill next time regards chris/lesley (perth western australia). Wasn't there long enough that was the only fault very happy. |

We noted in our booking that our stay was part of our honeymoon. When we arrived, there was a bottle champagne in the room. It think they gave us also their best room (917): perfect view over Brisbane, big terrace, huge bubble bath! Also great location, close to city center, china town. Next time in Brisbane, I'll go again to Medina. |

Scenery 1. Should supply international adapter for patrons. get a downpayment of it and refund only after return to the reception instead of getting patron to purchase them. 2. Staff should be more equip on understanding AUS GST refund for tourist, and should not get the patron to contact the Airport to find out themselves. |

I liked the beauty of the view, the design of the appartments, the comfort of the bed, it gave me the feeling that it was my own appartment. I just loved room 620 with view on the river and on the Story bridge The noise coming from outside and also inside on the first room (due to the air conditioning system). |

The situation of the hotel was perfect, stunning views of the city and Story bridge, helpful and friendly staff Having to use the lift all the time, I prefer to use stairs if not too far to go. Also having to share the lift with cleaners and their equipment, I'm not a snob, i;ve had cleaning jobs in the past, I just don't think it's appropiate. We had to wait for another lift as the cleaners wanted to go up and we were going down. Another occasion we were sharing the lift with 2 cleaners and their trolley and a vacuum cleaner, not too much of a big deal I suppose but it did bother me a little. |

Its proximity to Brisbane's Riverside eating houses, Citycat services and bikeways. The room was spacious and comfortable. The spa was also nice with stunning views while you relaxed. |

The staff were very attentive to my needs and extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was a great price, for a great view. Clean and well presented. Balcony was very romantic Thank you for the wonderful stay. We have and willl continue to say very good things. Next time we are in the city you will be the fist place we book. The flashing smoke detector above the bed, woke me in a fright. |

River view rooms are certainly that! The Storey Bridge was almost close enough to touch. |
