Very comfortable felt welcomed and valued by the staff I had contact with I preferred opening a window to using the air conditioner so the only thing was the road noise when the window open |

The views, location and facilities Our early morning wake-up call was unsuccessful by telephone, which meant reception had to come to the room. |

I really liked the location of the hotel. As I had no car it was very close to everything Brisbane has to offer. The nearness of the city, Fortitude Valley, the River and South Bank was great. The room I was in was on the road side so was pretty noisy. I combated this with the radio on very quietly to create "white noise". If I stayed there again I would request a river view room. |

This was an excellent venue for a conference and participants to stay in. Shops and restaurants were handy and great exersize along the riverfront for walkers. The bar did not really cater for such large crowds and closed early the night we could all stay for a drink. Meals were relatively expensive for the quality and the bar menu could have been more extensive. Catering wasn't really in line for late conferences - especially trying to get something to eat after 9.30pm. |

We found the staff very helpful in all areas: front desk, breakfast, housekeeping, etc. We liked the option of placing the card on our bed to show we supported eco options, yet could also indicate the need for fresh towels by placing used ones in the bath. |

The garbage bin was too big to store under the sink, so it had been put in with the cooking pots- this is not hygenic storing cooking utensils where the garbage is storesd. |

the staff were friendly and attended to every request promptly and cheerfully. Our rooms were extremely clean, and all kitchen items and lined appeared brand new. the hotel is adjacent to the Storey Bridge so some rooms are very noisy. recommend that clients ask for a quiet room away from the motorway. |

Loved the view of the river and the city from the apartment. Great location for the Riverside walks, retaurants, ferries. Walk to city. Walk to interesting Fortitude valley and restaurants there.Great opportunities to cycle. The close proximity of Story Bridge meant that the doors had to be closed at all times because of the traffic noise, so the balcony was unusable. With doors closed, the noise was not a problem. |

The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful, the room (on both occassions) very clean and comfortable. Not enough restaurants in close walking proximity or if there was not enough information provided in the room as to where they were. |

Clean comfortable room We found the design of the shower (obviously for wheel chair access) was poor in that the water did not drain away effectively. |

We liked the size and comfort of the room. It seemed to be a pretty good value. The staff were very courteous and helpful. There was some kind of a fire scare. An alarm went off similar to a VERY LOUD smoke detector. The hotel staff was on an intercom system immediately to let the guests know what was happening and stayed in touch to let us know that their checking had put the hotel in the 'all clear' status. |
