Location is excellent! Very close to Brisbane CBD and the Valley area. Beautiful views of Brisbane city (Storey Bridge, Eagle Street Pier area).
A little hard to find/drive to the location if you don't have a GPS.
views, location to cafes and bars in brisbane. lots of places to walk or run.
Room and location were really good
Staff weren't overly friendly, no visitors after 10pm, and housekeeping moved a lot of our things, put my friends things in my bag and zipped them up meaning I lost an expensive item.. Didn't Clean outside table resulting in a lot of ants in the morning.
The cleaning staff were lovely and very helpful and came on a daily basis to see if we wanted anything cleaned or needed any towels, toilet paper etc. Also the view of the story bridge and brisbane river was great
When it came to a complication with our booking the staff member who took the call/issue, was very rude and unable to compromise. Also the beds are like sleeping on concrete in (614). You also have to pay a parking fee, which is never mentioned to park in the under-ground carpark, when there is nowhere else to park up or down the street so thats one way to pocket an extra $10 of customers.
A bit expensive, should not have to pay extra for parking.
Position, Front counter staff.
Rude staff member in lift addressing 60 year + guests like they were his mates. Not cleaned under bed in ages. Exhaust fan in bath room not working. Impossible for staff not to notice. Tied in with Yellow Cabs. Hardly top shelf Taxis. Tacky is a better description.
The location & view. Staff attentiveness and spaciousness of room / apartment . Also the possibility to self cater was wonderful. Memorably positive in many ways.
The drive in at hotel front door was very tight , however once in car park the lift access direct to room was great
Close to city and great carpark for $10 a day
Unfortunately the carpets were still wet from the storm
Lovely view of the city and storey bridge.good air con and kitchen.close to New Farm and Fortitude Valley
no cover on balcony from the rain.noisy corridors from slamming doors
Aircon was not great!!
The river views and price for this. Close to the valley and boardwalk and ferries.
The staff at reception could be a littlw friendlier. Carpark at times frustrating.
The room was very nice with a great view of the river and fireworks show set off from a boat in the river. Bathroom nice and clean. "Kitchen" area small, but with a bar sink and refrig. I think there was a microwave, but we didn't use it. We ordered through room service and it was slow, but good.
The hotel is a bit tricky to find. There are some one-way streets and left turn-only streets, when you would want to turn right and be right at the hotel, you have to go all the way round the block again (and again!)
Location is good - easy access to the board-walk , parks, restaurants
A bit noisy as near to the Storey bridge
Amazing view of the Storey Bridge and river from our balcony Very friendly and helpful staff Great location
Having to pay for wifi when hotels with cheaper rooms include it for free
The view of the river was lovely.
Just a little to far to walk into the city, especially for someone with health problems.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Customer service was excellent upon arrival. The staff even directed us to the venue which was very helpful. The location was very great as it was nearby the venue where we were attending a function. Compliment y breakfast was excellent.
The rooms were great, however the queen studio was just a little small for a 3 people. In saying that, it was ok for a night. Maybe i would recommend a two bedroom apartment next time.
the location ad famtastic
the rooms were MOT cleaned properly bins not emptied no vacumning no tidy up papers not removed HAD to ask for room to be cleaned
Service was great and the food was delicious.
Bed was a little uncomfortable.
Great location, a lot of the rooms would have a great view, friendly staff, breakfast included
The only thing I could fault was that I paid extra for a river view room and was a little disappointed to be put in a room on the bottom floor next to the tennis court and where people were constantly walking past to get to the pool when I was in the lobby later that afternoon and heard a gentleman that had walked in off the street offered a riverview room on the 5th floor.
Was delighted with our stay here , the location was very central and perfect for getting to the Valley and also the City. The view from the balcony across the Story Bridge and the river was stunning
No complaints about it at all.
Proximity to city centre
Not being on a riverside room
