Our room was 2stories up but wished we were higher to get full advantage of view. Our unit right in public access - no privacy

walking distance to the city, restaurants etc without being in the middle of teh CBD.

Great views of Story Bridge/river - ask for room with view! Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of information available on how to get around and see the sights, and the staff were knowledgeable if asked abut services.

The courtesy coach was very convenient and the driver was accommodating. The hotel had a warm and friendly feel about it, not stuffy at all!

it was quick to check in , the fact that parking was just under, was a bonus and not expensive like the others.

not being asked whether we wanted to up grade we just got told .

The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The apartment was small and there was no oven.

We had booked a room with a great view and WOW-yes it was great, overlooking the river and the iconic Storey bridge-beautiful.

The only thing was the bed was quite hard and not comfortable.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the Medina Executive which was close enough to walk to the City, riverfront restaurants and ferries. The room was very clean and comfortable and the food we received with room service and at the restaurant, was most impressive. We also loved the river view we had from our 1 bedroom apartment.

The only one very small complaint was that we would have preferred to have our room a bit further away from the bridge. Our apartment had a spectacular river and Story Bridge view but was also one of the closest room to the traffic laneways on the Bridge so it was a bit noisy when sliding doors were open.

The rooms are clean and has everything you need. Not to far from CBD.

Would be good if there is a TV screen in the bed room.

The location is absolutely excellent with all Sydney landmarks being within easy walking reach. Full "English" Breakfast buffet-style at great value.

As discovered in the majority of hotels we stayed over 3 weeks Down Under, lack of teletext subtitles on our bedroom TV is problematic for hearing-impaired visitors. Someting must be done in light of anti-disability discrimination legislative measures being actively in use worldwide.
