clean and tidy, staff very good.

Medina was very nice, only problem I find is with the 2 bedroom rooms there is only one bathroom, it is fine in the apartments where the bathroom is ajoining so each room has its only entrance, but in the loft 2 bedroom rooms you actually have to go through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom, so as far as I was concerned that is not acceptable. I had my80 yr mother and her friend staying in twin beds which were up 10 stairs, with only entrance to bathroom through main bedroom, again not acceptable, but after talking to management they changed our room to one where both bedrooms on one level and bathroom had separate access from both room. This was our own complaint, although I do feel it was still a little expensive as it was $324 for the one night and had to pay for parking underneath at a cost of $7.50 and breakfast at $21.50, becomes a very expensive stay should you do this. In saying this we did know the costs prior to going there, and staff were great.

The view of the Story Bridge was nice.

It was advertised as a 2 bedroom unit but was just 2 rooms with an interconnecting door - so not as advertised. The balcony wasn't very clean (there was a bandage and cig butt left there).

Very nice staff, excellent view from the pool, well located. Could be a really great hotel after fixing a few things...see below...

Ok hotel, very overpriced and $25 extra for internet is outrageous, I chose to go down the street to McDonalds for free instead. Inconvenient but I would have felt like a complete sucker otherwise. A business class hotel needs to provide free internet - period. Staff said this had been mentioned to management repeatedly but fallen on deaf ears. Staff were excellent but clearly management is not up to their quality. Shared the room with a cockroach. TV didn't work. Management could definitely spend a few dollars on upgrades and maintenance...

Location and view

The milk in my fridge was off - fund this out as I used it in my coffee - and had expired by one day.

The room was very comfortable and clean. A wondeful view of the Brisbane River and the Front Desk and Room Service staff were excellent and very helpful.

NIce pool area.

Ridiculously expensive wifi.

We had two adoining rooms overlooking the river and bridge. Very clean, very modern will stay again asap

I particularly enjoyed the view of the river and the story bridge. The close promixity to city area, the riverside and China town are a plus.

Not a lot the rooms are to small and they hit you charges for parking after you stay I will never give any of my friend advise to stay there it is a rip off

Everything it is the worst place I have ever stayed in I have been in 3 star accomadatoin in Bali and it left that place for dead it is supposed to be a 4.5 star well not in this world

Good view of Storey Bridge and down the river- with a great sound proof sliding door. Easy and enjoyable walk to downtown (via the river) and Fortitude Valley. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The Medina feels like it needs a revamp- our room was very basic, with many aspects worn and torn (cupboards that didn't shut, drawer fronts broken, tiles chipped and stained). And unfortunately the bed was really firm and uncomfortable. None of which matched the price we paid for the night. A shame as the location and the staff were great.

Location and view from room was excellent. Staff were all very helpful and professional.

Taxi availability was unacceptable. We ended up walking to a wedding at the Victoria park golf facility. The air conditioning in the room was not working very well but after seeing the reception desk someone was looking at the problem almost immediately, very prompt service.
