I liked the location as I needed to be close to family who were in the Prince of Wales Hospital. 15Min walk was all it took. Cleanliness - Seems that bathroom showers are never checked in big facilities like these, as I have come across mould in recesses everytime.

We only stayed for two nights whilst we attended a family christening, the location was ideal, we knew the hotel as we stayed there a couple of years back. It provided us with exactly what we required. Bit noisy as we were on the front of the hotel overlooking the road.

Good space, nice decor, lovely place to stay The indoor pool was very cold this time, last visit it was warm and relaxing but not this time, not enjoyable. Pool towels should be stored at the pool or easier to locate such as within the room. The milk was spoilt.

Walking distance to the beach. The check in should at least be 12:00pm or 1:00pm and not 2:00pm. Check out should be at least 11:00am and not 10:00am. Staff were not friendly except for Jessica. There should have been a DVD player in the room as after all its an apartment. Free wifi included?

Location, facitiites, ease of taxi availability One day of room service missed despite making room available to be serviced for several hours. Having towels available for use at the pool would be good. Microwave dirty and large dead bug on floor

Why ask what you did not like and say "do not use this review for complaints"? On checking in I could not get the staff to answer the intercom to access the car park. Where was I suppose to stop and park in that location if I could not get off the street to check in? On going to the front desk, I found the staff totally impersonal and very slow. I had to wait 20 mins just to be served and that was with only two people in front of me. That is totally unsatisfactory. When all said and done, for the price, I thought the accommodation was very average ... and very dated. Your email regarding this survey asks whether I would like to answer '4' questions ... what it should say is four topics and about 13 questions.

Just a fair price at the time in December around Sydney. We don't want to stay at business north area and pick this hotel at Coogee Bay. However, the transportation to the cbd is a little inconvenient. The staff is too young to know the operation of the hotel. My room did not have a safe inside. The staff thought that I did not know how to find it. But it ends up that studio style room does not have safe inside, which is a drawback as a hotel.

I liked the location, walking dostance to the beach and playground for kids. Woolworths nice and close and kitchen provided. I did not like the fact that when I made a comment about the cockroaches in our room we were told "what do you expect at this time of the year". I made comment that this was understandable but we hade gone out and brought cockroach spray. We were not offered reimbursement for this.

Great location and easy to get to Sydney central The carpets were not vacuumed, the walls had white plash marks all over them, the kettle was unusably dirty, 2 days in a row I had cockroaches in the from, on the second day it was in the shower while I was showering.

We chose it for location the fact it could accommadate family units. Beds were great! Units also good. Would recommend. As the rooms were not large and becouse we were travelling as a group we would have liked tables and chairs out by the water feature so we could enjoy a drink with each other.

Excellent location only a few hundred metres from lovely Coogee Beach. Nice downstairs pool and gym. Nothing really, if I had to say anything I wouldn't mind having breakfast included in the price.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was great, nice and close to the beach which is exactly wat we wanted its just a shame it poured the whole weekend :(

The room was excellent! Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly. The pool and sauna were an unexpected surprise. On the whole, a very good stay. The staff were a little ineffective. They didn't act on our requests immediately. They also couldn't give us accurate information about the local transportation system.

ease of entering the complex, feeling safe being charged for 4 nights car space when we only used it twice, there was no way to prove we didn't use it
