Comfortable bed, nice linen, good amenities, close to everything, polite and helpful staff, good security.

Internet connection is too expensive.

The public transport was very convenient just out the front door and the selection of dinning was great.

We wanted a hotel close to the Aquarium and the Medina was perfect.

Traffic noise was considerable.

We were a family, who booked five apartments for a family celebration in the city.We were all very impressed with our rooms and the service we received from staff. We would have no hesitation in staying again and in fact, look forward to doing so. Thank you all.

Easily accessable carparking facility, good size rooms with kitchen facility to self cater if required. Close to exibition centre. Clean and well appointed. Have stayed at other Medina Hotels and enjoyed experience greatly.

The room we stayed in did not have drapes or double glazing, being positioned on the street frount this resulted in a lot of street noise filtering through the room as well as light froma light post directly outside the room. The bed was too firm as well.

Location was the deciding factor. Close to public transport and if one had time, shopping and leisure.

It was a shame the pool was closed for the week.

Clean and quiet with a great location. Fascilities were good and the staff friendly and professional.

That the tram was really close to the trams and was very confortable.

The pool and spa were great. Our room lay-out and decor was excellent.But we did have a very bad experienced listed below, and a serious warning should be displayed about the use of the stair well. Our bathroom had a bad smell.

We really wanted a room with a view & was sure the web site offered this choice. The reception said only 4 studio rooms are available with a view & the web site does not offer this choice. My hubby thought he would take the stairs to the pool, but could not enter the pool due to the door being access only to tenants. He then took the lift, this took him to the top floor of the tenants. He had to walk down the stairs till the 8th floor where he finally could access the lifts again, only to be in the tenants lift again and he went straight up to the top floor again. He went down all the stairs till he was outside the building and then entered from the footpath back to reception in bathers t/shirt and towel(no shoes) funny I know.
