Medina Executive Northbank

The pool and spa were great. Our room lay-out and decor was excellent.But we did have a very bad experienced listed below, and a serious warning should be displayed about the use of the stair well. Our bathroom had a bad smell.

We really wanted a room with a view & was sure the web site offered this choice. The reception said only 4 studio rooms are available with a view & the web site does not offer this choice. My hubby thought he would take the stairs to the pool, but could not enter the pool due to the door being access only to tenants. He then took the lift, this took him to the top floor of the tenants. He had to walk down the stairs till the 8th floor where he finally could access the lifts again, only to be in the tenants lift again and he went straight up to the top floor again. He went down all the stairs till he was outside the building and then entered from the footpath back to reception in bathers t/shirt and towel(no shoes) funny I know.

The modern clean facility. The central position on circle tram route, and proximity to Art galleries, parks and city centre shops and restaurants, as well as South Bank facilities across the river

Would have liked a shower cap.Would have liked laundry.

Staff were all really friendly and helpful from reception staff to cleaners. Very welcoming also.

The location was excellent. The city tram was right outside the door. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeble of the area. Many great places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Everything at the hotel was wonderful. The only complaint I would have is the water pressure of the shower head in the bathroom as it was fairly weak due to it being a water saver I presume.

should say parking height restrictions when you book

The location, being so close to Crown Casino, it was within walking distance. The rooms were fantastic, very modern and large enough to be comfortable.

I found the lifts a little tricky to use at first.

they have very kind and helpful staff.

the only thing i dont really like is the lift in the carpark. we need to walk quite far to reach the apartment lift

The room facilities were excellent, staff were helpful and friendly, and the service of food being delivered to the hotel was a rare treat.

The old-school box television was a bit uncomfortable to adjust to, but I didn't stay there to watch TV.

the hotel staff were amazing. in particular one by the name of ingrid. she was the woman with blonde hair.

we found there to be a few dishes not clean. there was a lot of noise throughout the night, leading up to 4am then some construction at 7am on the saturday morning but of course the hotel staff were not at fault as they were all external issues. The hotel staff and restaurant downstairs were all working dilligently to ensure we enjoyed our stay and a job very well done to all
