The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We found the location great and would certainly use the Medina again. The movies were overly expensive to buy and an average selection. |

Comfortable and pleasant decor, space etc. Good kitchen facilities. Reasonable views. Very convenient location. Very close to major railway tracks with significant screaching of trains bending round corner - day and night. My living area had only gauze curtains on the expansive windows so apartment got quite hot and stuffy from the afternoon sun - tho didn't take long to correct this once I got in and put on the air conditioner. |

The location was convenient to our purpose of stay. The studio was well set out and catered well to our needs. The access both by car and on foot was good and the access after hours was good also. |

Our stay at the Medina was wonderful. Our bedroom apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The view was great and it was such a great location being so close to Southern Cross station, the shops, the Casino, and the St.Kilda road entertainment venues. I especially liked the stereo where I could connect my ipod and listen to my own music, made it more relaxing for my husband and I. It was also nice to relax in the spa and enjoy the views. Some of the beer in the fridge was out of date. Although the staff were very nice and didn't charge us for the beer that was out of date. |

I liked the friendly nature of the staff and the fact that they accommodated our request of a higher up floor on the side of the building to reduce noise levels. We walked to the heart of the city on two occassions and whilst it was a reasonable distance it shows that it is possible |

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were fantastic. View wasn't outstanding but would still stay again as I'd rather have good service than a good view. |

Location of the hotel and front desk staff was very helpful. Cleanliness of room was very poor with dust everywhere and the spa was cold. There was an issue with the room which was resolved unfavorably. It was not as great as expected, in fact, chose to leave early given cleanliness of the room and balcony. |

Love the robes. I had to travel light and everything I needed was in the room. Very convenient. Close to the casino and required facilities. New bath towels given everyday. Thank you very much. Feel very welcome. Nice, neat and warm decor. I was given the special rate for 3 nights - very happy about. The pool was too small and a bit too crowded - we went at night at around 8:30pm. I used all the bath gel but was not given another one for the following nights. Got a low level room with no site- level 2 - a bit disappointed - understandable considering the special rate but can this be specified on the website next time? |

I liked that we had an apartment, it felt like a home away from home. We loved the kitchen and appliances provided, very helpful. Great spot, right across from the Trams. Good distance for walking to shops and centre of CBD. Also an easy walk to the Crown Casino. Would definatly stay here again and would recommend Medina Executive Northbank The only thing that we didnt like about the apartment was the shower head, it was the worst I have ever tried to shower under. It was like a light mist over your body, it didnt even reach the bottom half. Wasnt suitable at all for one person let alone two. Really bad shower head. |
