梅迪纳诺斯行政公寓  

设备齐全，我们就是看中这一点，才定了这家酒店的五间套房，真的入住后，感觉设备是很齐全的，做饭太方便了- ，而且楼下就是免费的旅游车，去全市的景点都很方便。距离南半球最大的赌场也很近，真是位置很便利。

唯一感觉不足的，就是我们定的是豪方河景房，结果在所有房间，都看不到河，不知道是不是理解上的问题，但因- 为其他都很方便，故也没太当回事。

温馨，有家庭感觉，交通方便，环境好。休息安静。

Friendly service. Almost everything was great. But none the less, we enjoyed our stay there.

The only thing I had an issue with was the time breakfast opened up. For early starters, 7am to me is considered very late. Great breakfast menu.

Not having free Internet and charging a fortune to use what they had. TV sets were really old.

The room was nicely furnished albeit a little compact. Staff, in particular reception staff was fantastic. Location is convenient. Loved the bathrobes.

Close to shopping & entertainment. The apartments are spacious & well designed with enough space to not get in each other's way. Staff are helpful & informed & the prices in the cafe are reasonable. Views from the12th floor were great.

The televisions are too small & the remotes didn't work on most of the buttons. Also, no AFL dedicated channel, which I found surprising being the number one sport here. Also, the cleanliness in the kitchen & bathroom sinks wasn't up to standard ( dirt around the plug holes & kitchen tap).

We were absolutely delighted with the amount of room and facilities within our one bedroom apartment. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The leisure facilities were excellent too which added to our great stay at the Medina.We would definietly use again when we are back in Melbourne.

I stayed in this hotel with my infant baby during my conference. The hotel has a perfect location and is not expensive. Teh rooms are good and the staff is very helpful. There is a tram station just outside the hotel and a convenience store is just around the corner.

1 out of 2 small lifts weren't working the whole 5 days. It resulted in all guests we met ( & ourselves) being frustrated at any movement. It took So long to get out & in again. Also - Our electronic cards didn't work /swipe in the lifts 95% of the time. So this held us up double. At one stage we got caught on another level & couldn't gt out & then got no help from staff as they weren't' sure 'who we were' & didn't want to use their swipe cards to give us access to our level. It was the worst experience,.......like we were criminals. I will never stay there again. At check out - instead of 'asking' us what we used in the room on the last day as ALL HOTELS ALL OVER THE WORLD DO>..they made us wait for an 'inspection'. . We were late for our connecting bus. On top of all this - some guest before us had opened the top of the wine bottle (or a staff member) & they asked US if we had done that. That should have been thoroughly CHECKS BEFORE we entered the room 5 days earlier.

My room was very spacious and clean. It was well located and when I had booked I made some requests about what foor I wanted my room on and what view I would like and they were carried through.

The only real problem I had was that there were no curtains in the lounge room and the curtains in my bedroom didnt cover the window so I didnt feel like I had enough privacy

If I have to pick one thing I would say the shower. All the rest was lovely and would go back

Top location, excellent apartment with kitchen, large lounge room, large bedroom and good bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful and the gym, spa and pool on top floor excellent too. Very quiet room despite being on main road. No noise from other rooms either. Very handy to trams and just a short 10 minute walk to the Airport Bus Service and railway.
