Walking distance to train and royal botanical garden. Our room was spacious.

Tricky to get to from airport by car if you not familiar with Melbourne. And our room was a bit noisy

The apartment was very well presented and was in an excellent location. Would stay here again

Not much to complain about but the Do Not Disturb sign was not designed particularly well and fell off the door handle several times after the door was shut. So the staff would come in to the room without knocking assuming that no one was "home" but only because the Do Not Disturb/Please Make Up My Room sign had fallen off. A minor inconvenience but something to address

Staff were very good helpful & friendly.

On line booking did not highlight fact that there would be an extra charge for a roll away bed when we had already indicated that there would be five staying in the unit. Perhaps this could be highlighted on booking website.

Tired Room Fixtures - Bath & Kitchen particularly. Vicinity to Train Line.

Very convenient location. Place was nice especially with cooking utensils and a washing machine and dryer available. I managed to finish all my laundry before returning home!

Although there were 5 of us, there were only 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The queen bed was too small for my 8 yr old to squeeze in with us. Finally, one of the older girls had to sleep on the sofa for 2 uncomfortable nights.

The confort of the room its location and friendly staff. The location was great and plan to base our future rips to Melbourne from there.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very speedy checkin procedures and issuing of car park pass. Housekeepers are very friendly and room are clean.

The bed is slightly small for two to sleep in, a king size bed will be better. A free wifi zone in the foyer would be nice instead of only 30 minutes free usage.

Metro line is less, than 100 m from our room! It"s problem.

Staffs are polite and helpful. Like everything. No major issue.

The air-con smells bad. In need of cleaning and maintenance. Laundry powder charged very expensive for small packet. Should be fair and allow 1st use free plus subsequent packet to be charged.

Close to train station, comfortable clean facilities. Quiet.

Gym equipment was not satisfactory.

View was amazing. Service was excellent. Beds were comfy. Apartment was amazing had everything we needed

The staff were wonderful - we had an issue with the fridge not working and we were moved straight away. The parking was great, the location was excellent with kids as it was walking distance to the botanic gardens and there was a small kids playground 2 minutes down the road. The kids also loved the pool and the space in the unit was good for young kids

The apartments are getting older, there were some little issues with doors to balconies sticking, paint looking older, bathrooms a little worn, but otherwise a great stay!

It is in a really good position and the apartment was really nice, very close to the station

I didnt like the fact there wasnt unlimited free wifi, and to buy wifi for the 2 weeks we were to be there for was quite expensive.

The flat was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was small but we happened to be the only people in it when we used it. It's in a good area with South Yarra train station about 5 minutes round the corner and tram stops about the same distance.

We were on the ground floor at the back,so overlooked the railway and obviously got some noise from that. Other than that, it was a nice,quiet place to stay.

The location is excellent and the 2 bedroom apartment is spacious.

The bathroom wasn't 100% clean when we arrived and the shower mat was mouldy on the bottom. My bath towel had holes in it.

This was like home away from home- Really nice apartments, great facilities,very friendly staff. Fantastic location to shopping, restaurants, Train and Trams. I love this place and would definately come back.
