The room and the setting of the hotel was unique and impressive. Very good.

We live 5 minutes from the hotel but while staying at the Adina we could be in another state. No teenagers :) The spa had been repaired since our last visit (last month) so we enjoyed the spa and sauna.

I think the check out time of 10am is a little early, most hotels at 11am with some allowing 12 if you are a regular customer.

Everything about the place.

A few safety concerns with the bathroom - bath/shower quite slippery. It may be worth looking into

The staff were fantastic. The room was attractive and comfortable. Has a heated indoor pool and spa. In a great position in CBD. Free parking possible a little up the road if you time it right for overnight. Overall a highly recommendable hotel.

The staff where helpful. We ate in the restaurant - the food was enjoyable. I also liked having real milk in the fridge.

The spa was 'out of order', the pool was cold - disappointed as we usually try to get to a hotel early to enjoy this area. The room was grubby, water damaged ceiling and stains on the carpets. Doors were dirty - it doesn't take much to give these areas a wipe ocassionly

Prompt courteous appropriate service from reception staff and housekeeping staff.

Hardly worth mentioning but the milk in the fridge was sour (though within its use by date) but it was immediately replaced by fresh milk when I contacted reception.

Adina Adelaide is a tastefully converted old government building, high ceilings, good sized rooms (50m2), has friendly staff who know local eateries etc, is close to market & China town, walking distance from Festival Theatre, Gallery, Gardens, Rundle Mall

I love the hotel it's a nice place but the only issue is the restaurant it's poor little bit The bar is fine rooms r totally good I would recommended to the pepole who come a cross Adelaide

Centrally located, spacious room, large comfy bed.

Efficient staff and accomodation design ideal for both business and leisure that is so difficult to find in one hotel

Additional cost do Internet and free time restricted to lounge area , with time zone differences this is not ideal

Great big rooms. Good facilities overall. Located centrally. Great courtyard for evening drinks.

Reception could've provided more insightful information regarding the wine regions.

Location was fantastic, close to everything in city. Room was huge. Nice bar/restaurant on location with light meals available. Small kitchen in room. Shower was excellent.

Pillows were a bit hard.

Great access to the function we where attending. Great view out the window. Easy access at any time, during day and late at night.

I really loved the historic sandstone building with its wonderful architecture. We were upgraded to an apartment room which was lovely with more than enough room for 2 people. The bathroom was lovely and the kitchen very clean. The location is excellent and the rooms are exceedingly quiet. The downstairs bar is very quaint. Make sure you walk through the underground cellar which is a funky set of tunnels in the basement. Take a bottle of wine with you.....

Uncomfortable lounge in room

The site is an amazing reconstruction of century-old office buildings with most of the unique architectural features intact. Super location.

Cost of it (4.50 for a local call, 25.00 per day for internet) Understand these costs are not unusual for Aus but they are certainly out of sync with the rest of the world! Also, the courtyard can get pretty noisy as it is the site of a popular after-work bar.

Beds are hard, room cleanliness average, no car parking and charge for daily newspaper

Excellent location close to shopping, transport. Nice sized rooms with kitchenette facilities. Comfortable beds. Lovely swimming pool & spa. Above all I liked the history of the building and feel the refurbishment into a hotel has been cleverly achieved by incorporating the original building with the new. This gave the Medina Grand Treasury a feel of character.

Only a small thing that did not worry us but after being out for half a day we returned for a rest around 3.00 pm to find our room had not been made up. We had not put a sign on the door but a Staff member knocked to make up room thinking we had checked out.

History of the buildings, being able to open windows for natural ventilation, reading room, courtyard, ease of parking for unloading and loading, breakfast was generous

Room walls were scuffed and needed re-painting, and seat covers on dining chairs were also dirty.
