The view, and the spaciousness of the apartment. The location to the city and restaurants, pool and spa facilities. We had to ring for milk twice, handle came off the sliding door on the wardrobe and the sliding to the balcony would not lock, plus we filled the maintenance slip and it was not collected by the staff. |

Location was excellent... walk to town, within walking distance of great eateries at the wharf, excellent wave pool for the kids across from the hotel. Excellent access to the convention centre for business. Great walkways to exercise. Air conditioning was inefficient freezing in lounge room and too low to feel in the bedroom. Paid movies did not play very well. Otherwise everything was fine. |

Quite, beautifull view, short walk to city and pier, Crustacean Restaurant defintely is the winner. Arrived 05am the receptionists didn't offer to help the luggages into the foyer, even though he was at the door, poor serivce! |
