The bathrooms have mould growing in the grout

Very close to Bourke Street Mall. Cafe was very good. We had breakfast there and also dinner.

We had some very noisy people in three adjacent rooms. Were a group of young women.

Staff make or break any business and with that there is clean, hygienic - for me there is no compromise. Adina management is to be congratulated for looking after their people and maintaining happy staff. Staff who love going to work in turn make for happy and satisfied customers. Adina delivers on its promise. Well done PS although I didn't use them, the washer & dryer are a real bonus especially in Melbourne.

first two nights we didn,t have heavy curtains in lounge and bedroom. This made the rooms a little to light. The pool was very cold.

The rude staff The room wasn't clean when we checked in The toilet trickled with water all night, I reported it to reception and nothing happened it disturbed our sleep the whole time one of the chairs was broken in the sitting area

close to everything, cheap parking and bed was really comfy.

being woken at 1am and then 6am by late checkins who decided to do their washing in the washing machine outside our door. Long wait for check out then charged twice for the room and then had to wait 6 days for the overcharged money to be released. Was not happy at all. Then had to wait for someone to let us us the lift up to the carpark so we could leave. Would not stay again unfortunally due to the over charge and lack of explaination of the staff. very disappointing to end our stay this way.

It was quiet and clean. It was central to all shopping facilities. It has a great café on site and room service was of a high standard. The ability to be self sufficient with a full kitchen and laundry was an added bonus.

The apartment was spacious and extremely well equipped. We were on the 17th floor with a great view of all the tall buildings. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was a major asset.

Their Internet policy, you can use it free in the lobby for 30 minutes in every 24 hours. Otherwise it's expensive. There can be some confusion about the name, medina/ adina

Good size apartment with great kitchen and very comfortable king size bed.

The shower pressure was poor and the temperature kept changing and was difficult to regulate.

The location was great for the price that was paid; close to trams and Bourke St. Such a fun trip!

If i had to say something I'd say that the pillows are a bit uncomfortable (very plasticy)

Room was very spacious and shopping only 2 blocks away. Most of my dining in MEL was done at the local bar downstairs , QSR , where the food was even better than Southbank riverside restaurants where you spend double the price.

Roo4, I dont think your two way light switch in the bathroom works, We had to go inside the bathroom near the vanity to turn the light on. that was the only inconvenience

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I arrived at the hotel several hours earlier than check-in. I was allowed to check in immediately and even given an upgrade. Such excellent service and treatment gave me a glowing view of the hotel. I plan to submit a positive review to TripAdvisor.
