hard to find, entrince was confusing and not well signed

Easy to like - staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

The studio apartment was clean and well furnished. Front desk staff, especially Sima, were very helpful and pleasant.

Having to shower in the tub.

The location was perfect for a first time visit to Perth. The bar and restaurant onsite were very handy. Overall a very good hotel/apartment.

Could do with a paint and new carpet no food from the hotel and the bistro is very over priced

I was impressed by the Adina Apartment Hotel. It provided great value for money and with a spacious, well furnished layout. I would definitely recommend it to others travelling to perth and want a more homely experience rather than a standard hotel room.

The staff were great and the room was big and comfortable

The convieniance of access to the Convention Centre. Price was reasonable for the City, but could be better.

The wrong directions given to get into the the secure parking area. Lack of parking while booking in. Lack of signage to show where to go to reception when driving in.Name has changed on front but no where else.

Great apartment, spacious, full kitchen was awesome and saved a lot of $ staying in to eat. Great location right downtown and 30 second walk from Perth Convention Centre.

The bathroom had a tub / shower combo that didn't have a proper glass door for the shower, so it was a bit too cool while showering and also spilled a lot of water on the floor! Minibar items very expensive but that's pretty standard.

Didnt like how I requested a parking at Adina and got to the hotel and had to park my car at the convention centre and had fould words written on my car.

Clean, quiet and spacious room. The staff were considered helpful and friendly towards Asians.

Food stores and convenience stores are not really within walking distance and hence has to drive for about 5 minutes to the city centre to get more choices.

Convenient location, hotel restaurant food was excellent.

the bathrooms weren't very clean and i complained on the 1st evening when it was realised. they were cleaned the next day.

Close to the convention centre, staff friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and had everything we needed.

We requested a over-sized double as our bedding arrangement, which turned out to be two single beds pushed together. This made for a very uncomfortable sleep, made worse by the fact that the beds were old...so that made the seam/hump in the middle even more pronounced. When you are staying at a hotel for the sole purpose of having somewhere to sleep at night while you are away from home- you would like there to be more effort put into bedding arrangements, rather than going to cheap option of 'split kings' just so you can sell the room as either a twin or double. If you are going to do this, make it known so that people (like me) who HATE this arrangement can choose to stay somewhere else!! Staff at the restaurant appeared disinterested with service - I acknowledge they were busy with functions; however this should not be to the exclusion of other guests. Overall, I did not enjoy our stay.
