Location of the hotel was really good. It was near to almost all the places that we went - Sydney aquarium and wildlife park, Sydney tower, chinatown. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Use of washing powder was charged and it was really expensive. |

The staff were extremely helpful and the beds were top quality. the dining table chairs were poorly designed and uncomfortable. The living room sofa was not very comfortable for more than a few mins. |

Location of this hotel was perfect, easy walk to Darling Harbour and to Train station. Room was well cleaned each day and all staff were courteous |

The venue great, did not find the reception staff friendly, service somewhat poor, very convenient location. They should provide parking for guests included in cost. |

Staff were very pleasant and helpfull. Located within a few blocks of where I needed to go. The water quality was very poor and was actually brown coming out of the taps. Even with the window/sliding door closed the street noise was very loud at night (floor 23). |

The service was fantastic and the staff were great, the best part was when we came back to the room it was clean, made bed and new towels, that was fantastic!!! Only thing that was bad was that the shower didnt stay the same temperature. |

Central location, clean, tidy and roomy, bedrooms and bathrooms excellent. Easy reach of a lot of Sydneys attractions, Desk staff could have been a little more freindly, they were not rude in and manner but often acted if guests were not there. |

very good location for shopping and the train station. Good access to outer suburbs for business. Staff were friendly and efficient, room was clean and user friendly. Car parking was easily accessable with plenty of car parking bays. The rate varies and becomes too expensive. |

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all we could need for short family stay in Sydney, Great location. Would definitely use again. Pool area not enclosed so very cold on winter day. |

Went to a show at Opera House Friday, Doyles Watsons Bay, Zoo Sunday The mixer control and the shower head on the shower over the bath made it nearly impossible to get the mix of water right - I didn't get a chance to complain at the time. My wife also avoided washing her hair as the water would have been too hot or tooo cold. |

The location was great, in City Centre, 5 min to Hyde Park and Darling Harbour. Apartment was clean and modern with plenty of room |

The staff were very helpful when asked for assistance and I liked the way all the staff spoke to and interacted with the guests/ I did have a couple of issues with the swipe cards not working in the lift, however, this was a minor annoyance |

Center to all locations i.e.shops, public transport, restaurant, tourist places like darling harbour, china town, short ride to opera house and darling harbour. Very friendly and accommodating staff. cooling system in the rooms. Air conditioning not working, too hot as their central heating is on. |

We particularly liked the closeness to everything, shopping, restaurants, train station, China town. All in walking distance. The size of the two bedroom apartments was great as a lot of room to socialise and move around for the four of us. The lifts were not operating one day but the walk down 16 flights did us no harm! Thankfully they were working by the time we came back. No drama. |
