The staff were fantastic. Central location. Rooms were of high quality - even got an upgrade of our room. Stay in Sydney regularly and best hotel for price we have come across

We found the location ideal as it was near the rail station and a short walk from Darling Harbour. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable, and good value. A dvd player in the room would have been good, but wasn't essential.

Location only! I requested a room on a higher floor but was refused and was consequently locted on the 1st floor next to the carpark and was informed that it was because I booked via the Internet. I was also informed that if I pay more I would have a higher floor but there is no indication on the inet booking Page to do this. I will be not staying at your hotel in the future.

Convenient location for all the tourist attractions of Sydney. Move the flyers from outside the toilets to the main reception area. We only found them as we were waiting for the airport shuttle bus when leaving the hotel after check out. Mini bar although useful for some clients filled the fridge and left little room for basic food supplies required during stay. we only intended to take breakfast in the apartment, but still limited room.

Located right in the cbd, next to the metro and 5 min from Sydney Conference Center. The noise from the street was eminent and the view was 100% blocked by the next door building only 3 m from the terrase.

Unexpectedly awesome view of the Australia Day fireworks. Really good location given the new restaurants at Darling Harbour. The keys - we had three and usually two wouldn't work on one or other of the front doors - they were fine for the lifts.

Location looking over Darling Harbour incredible, very comfortable, staff assistance really good and it was lovely to be upgraded when we arrrived (1st time this has ever happened to us). It was a great holiday and the accommodation was excellent for our family get away. Thank you.

Excellent location, short walk to Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, city shopping. Staff were helpful and prompt with our request for single beds in one of the bedrooms. Everything you could need in the kitchen. There were only 2 lifts and on occasion had a long wait to get to and from our floor. No obvious signage to stairs

Location was very good. Apartment was teamed with a one bedroom hotel type room to meet our needs but bedrooms not close enough to work well with young children.

I loved the spacious apartment and such a great location so close to darling harbour. Friendly staff and easy to find. Will definitely stay at the medina grand Sydney again.

I liked that the staff were very friendly. We had quite a large group of adults and children and did not feel uncomfortable at all. The rooms were very clean and the faciliteis were fantastic. Very happy and we would definitely return.

The location of Medina Grand Sydney was perfect - situated near Darling Harbour, China Town, the Power House Museum and the main shopping precinct. We had fabulous views of the fireworks on Darling Harbour.

We came to Sydney to go out on the Harbpur for Australia Day so we were looking for a two bedroom apartment to sleep 4 adults. What we got was excellent with a great view of Darling Harbour for the fireworks. It was central to everhting & the facilities & the apartment itself was way above what I expected. I would receommend it to anyone & we will definately be staying there again when next in Sydney. There was nothing I did not like.

It was central for where I needed to be and within easy walking distance of the train station. The room was not as soundproof as I expected. I was woken at 4.00am by a very noisy family in the room next door and it took a little while to go back to sleep. Not sure if they had an early start or had just arrived.

Up at 2am for an early flight from NZ to Sydney. Arrived at Hotel at 10am to check our bags into secure storage and then expecting to fill in time until we could get our room at 2pm. Arrived to be greeted by this fantastic person called Andy whom told us to sit down and see what he could sort out for us. After 10 minutes he arrived with the keys to an upgraded 2 bedroom unit and allowed to enter straight away.As we were tired this was fantastic service for us. And Andy is certainly a credit to the Hotel. We will definitely be staying again and many thanks Andy.
