Nothing much The room service was poor. For example, they failed to supply a flannel on one night and shampoo on another. The safe failed to open twice. |

The location, the cleanliness, the pool and mostly that it was affordable. It was great that you had 24 hour reception I did not know about the 5 day credit card holding period regarding the payment for the room. I payed with my savings account so intially i thought i had been double charge for the room. Once with my savings account and once with my credit account! |

Good Location, cleaners were very sweet I was not impressed with the Hotel placing a hold on my credit card for the payment without being notified, then to be told that if reversed would take at least 3 days. My understanding was they were swiping it for incidentals, this should be clearly stipulated to all guests on arrival. |

My three night stay for a good rate was wonderful. I had the Studio apartment at the 18th floor, with the balcony overlooking Bathurst St, nice view. Room not big, but taken care of to the last detail. Great location, in heart of cbd next to Town Hall. I'll come here again. |

Excellent location. We were in a 2 BR unit on a high floor with spectacular city views and views of Darling Harbour. The furnishings were nice and of high quality. There is some street noise but this is almost unavoidable in the Sydney CBD. The rate is a bit high, but it is a good quality unit. |

the location was perfect for shopping, it had buses and the city train right next to the hotel. nothing in particular, you get a key card to operate the lift, this never worked first time, quite often it took 10 or more swipes before it worked, other guests had the same problem. |
