Being on the 25th floor the sight was beautiful. cental to all necessities. wont get lost. I would have liked the beddings to be changed at least every 3 days as stated. |

The central location, most obliging staff and great facilities combine to ensure a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Fantastically friendly, helpful staff (like Asif) made our stay totally enjoyable. |

My three night stay for a good rate was wonderful. I had the Studio apartment at the 18th floor, with the balcony overlooking Bathurst St, nice view. Room not big, but taken care of to the last detail. Great location, in heart of cbd next to Town Hall. I'll come here again. |

Excellent location. We were in a 2 BR unit on a high floor with spectacular city views and views of Darling Harbour. The furnishings were nice and of high quality. There is some street noise but this is almost unavoidable in the Sydney CBD. The rate is a bit high, but it is a good quality unit. |

We didn't really see very much of the hotel as we used it as a stop over. However it was very centrally located, opposite a the underground train station and 5 mins walk from Darling Harbour. |

the location was perfect for shopping, it had buses and the city train right next to the hotel. nothing in particular, you get a key card to operate the lift, this never worked first time, quite often it took 10 or more swipes before it worked, other guests had the same problem. |

Well done to all the staff especially Erin, Hannah and Abi who were deligthful, friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. Nothing was too much trouble- they are a credit to your organisation. You should treasure and reward these wonderful staff. We will certainly be back! |

Great location to the cbd. Walking distance to all attractions in cbd. Staff were friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. Would have loved a better view of Sydney instead of the brick wall of the next building and alley way. We all had a great stay. Price was reasonable for sharing with 2 other adults. 2 bedroom apartment which accommodated 2 couples was a great selling point. Would have liked a better view of the city. Our balcony looked out onto the building next door. |

Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way. Queen Victoria Building is right around the corner. The train station to Bundi is just across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is what I found in general of all people in Australia. |
