The staff were fantastic. Central location. Rooms were of high quality - even got an upgrade of our room. Stay in Sydney regularly and best hotel for price we have come across

We found the location ideal as it was near the rail station and a short walk from Darling Harbour. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable, and good value.

A dvd player in the room would have been good, but wasn't essential.

Convenient location for all the tourist attractions of Sydney.

Move the flyers from outside the toilets to the main reception area. We only found them as we were waiting for the airport shuttle bus when leaving the hotel after check out. Mini bar although useful for some clients filled the fridge and left little room for basic food supplies required during stay. we only intended to take breakfast in the apartment, but still limited room.

Located right in the cbd, next to the metro and 5 min from Sydney Conference Center.

The noise from the street was eminent and the view was 100% blocked by the next door building only 3 m from the terrase.

Unexpectedly awesome view of the Australia Day fireworks. Really good location given the new restaurants at Darling Harbour.

The keys - we had three and usually two wouldn't work on one or other of the front doors - they were fine for the lifts.

The in house breakfast great location and helpful staff at a reasonable price

Location was very good. Apartment was teamed with a one bedroom hotel type room to meet our needs but bedrooms not close enough to work well with young children.

I liked that the staff were very friendly. We had quite a large group of adults and children and did not feel uncomfortable at all. The rooms were very clean and the faciliteis were fantastic. Very happy and we would definitely return.

We came to Sydney to go out on the Harbpur for Australia Day so we were looking for a two bedroom apartment to sleep 4 adults. What we got was excellent with a great view of Darling Harbour for the fireworks. It was central to everhting & the facilities & the apartment itself was way above what I expected. I would receommend it to anyone & we will definately be staying there again when next in Sydney.

There was nothing I did not like.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. Room was clean.

We were in another hotel a bit more centrally located which cost less per night and was a nicer facility.

Up at 2am for an early flight from NZ to Sydney. Arrived at Hotel at 10am to check our bags into secure storage and then expecting to fill in time until we could get our room at 2pm. Arrived to be greeted by this fantastic person called Andy whom told us to sit down and see what he could sort out for us. After 10 minutes he arrived with the keys to an upgraded 2 bedroom unit and allowed to enter straight away.As we were tired this was fantastic service for us. And Andy is certainly a credit to the Hotel. We will definitely be staying again and many thanks Andy.
