Fijne en mooie kamer en badkamer.

Konden niet inchecken op afgesproken tijdstip. Toen we eenmaal op kamer waren, kwam personeel nog de minibar controleren.

de goede ligging t.o.v. de stad en Darling Harbour.

I requested a room on a higher floor but was refused and was consequently locted on the 1st floor next to the carpark and was informed that it was because I booked via the Internet. I was also informed that if I pay more I would have a higher floor but there is no indication on the inet booking Page to do this. I will be not staying at your hotel in the future.

The location and the city views were wonderful. Definitely worth it to pay for the premier room. It was close to everything I wanted to do or see. Listening to the bells of St Andrews was a special treat. The room was stylish and comfortable - the bed excellent. We also booked in-room massages, which were absolutely fantastic! I loved that we had a balcony from which to enjoy the sights.

There was a lightbulb out in the bathroom...

Location looking over Darling Harbour incredible, very comfortable, staff assistance really good and it was lovely to be upgraded when we arrrived (1st time this has ever happened to us). It was a great holiday and the accommodation was excellent for our family get away. Thank you.

Excellent location, short walk to Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, city shopping. Staff were helpful and prompt with our request for single beds in one of the bedrooms. Everything you could need in the kitchen.

There were only 2 lifts and on occasion had a long wait to get to and from our floor. No obvious signage to stairs

I loved the spacious apartment and such a great location so close to darling harbour. Friendly staff and easy to find. Will definitely stay at the medina grand Sydney again.

The location of Medina Grand Sydney was perfect - situated near Darling Harbour, China Town, the Power House Museum and the main shopping precinct. We had fabulous views of the fireworks on Darling Harbour.

It was central for where I needed to be and within easy walking distance of the train station.

The room was not as soundproof as I expected. I was woken at 4.00am by a very noisy family in the room next door and it took a little while to go back to sleep. Not sure if they had an early start or had just arrived.
