Uitstekend hotel, betere locatie kan haast niet. Alles aanwezig. 10 minuten lopen naar de Harbour en 150 meter vanaf een treinstation. Ik kan werkelijk niets negatiefs bedenken. Een aanrader voor iedereen. |

The room was nice and clean and had a balcony, which in inner city is really good, despite facing a blank wall from an adjacent building had a rather good view. The $100 fee charged on arrival, plus the 1.5% surcharge, plus the fact that it has now taken 4 days and the money has still not been credited back to my account. Although standard procudure to take a copy of a credit card, to forcibly charge is poor form, especially as the room was already paid for - with a credit card - prior to check in. |

It was handy to the trains and walking distance to a lot of attractions.The appartment was roomy and we had one at the back which although it had no view, it was quiet, most of the time. The towels were changed when asked, but the floor was not vacumed enough.When I made the reservation in March and requested 2 single beds for the teenage children and a quiet room, the man I spoke with would not ensure that this would happen. So I fretted the whole way to Australia. The teenagers room was above the pool, so noise at early and late hours with kids swimming was unacceptable. The guest above us made a racket each night at 10.00pm and again at 4.30am. Isn't there some code of "noiseconduct" in hotels? |

Located close to most tourist locations including Darling harbour, across the road from Town Hall shopping and Train station which can take you anywhere. Good facilities. |

Great location, just off George Street but removed from the noise and within easy walking distance of Darling Harbour. Room was comfortable and well equipped - but a bit small. Standard Check Out at 10.00 AM is too early. |

Staff were fantastic - great central location in Sydney easy access to all tourist facilities. We had a two bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room. The apartment was clean and staff were always helpful. Lovely hotel we would definately stay there again! |

The view was nice. The lobby toilets were disgusting. I had left property at the hotel and they did not call to tell me thn they locked it in the safe and did not have access to it so I had to run in the rain to pick it up making myself late for the airport thy charge the credit card 100 and did nit tell me this would happen |

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and having never been to Sydney before, the location was ideal. More than thins I did not like, I'm writing, things I would've liked: I would've liked to use a jacuzzi, and the view from my room was just a building wall, but I know that depends on what room. |

Location of the hotel was great. It was a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour and was close to George Street (great shopping). We were very fortunate to get a room upgrade and had a wonderful apartment that overlooked the city. What a view!. Staff at reception were great in giving directions and advice on what to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. No in-room DVD player. Security cards at time were temperamental. Heard other people complaining about this also. We also didn't like the fact that we had to pay for parking during our stay. It added an extra $125 to our 5 night stay. |

The willingness of the staff to help us out, their politeness and their courtesy. The rooms were nicely set out and not cluttered. The rooms were not exactly sound proof and the elevator sometimes would take you on a wild adventure up and down the hotel. |

There was enough space in the apartment for our needs. There was parking on the premises. We have stayed there previously but this time had a wonderful room with great views. Some of the front desk staff were very superficial and didn't remember my face when I walked in to make a repuest 10 mins after checking in. |
