Medina Grand Sydney  

Loved the location; the size of rooms and the fact that there were two bathrooms so we did not have to share a bathroom with our children. Loved the balcony - loved the large mirrors everywhere.

Excellent location in Sydney CBD.

Bathroom had some mould and just didnt quite look sparkly and clean.

The staff are very nice. Good location walking distance to darling harbour, Chinatown and George street Nice rooms. Was pretty happy with the time I spent there

The only bad thing I have to say was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable

The two bedroom apartment and kitchen facilities were spacious, clean and wonderful with two young children running around. We were on the 19th floor and it was quite and no hassle.

Clean well presented hotel rooms with good facilities (including pool and gym). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is well located with easy access to shops and other facilities. Bed was comfortable and noice from outside was reasonably low.

Location close to shops and Darling Harbour. Quite a walk to Opera House Swimming Pool and Sauna Room very nice. Bed comfortable.

Restaurant next door didnt look very upmarket or inviting - though didnt eat there so a little unfair!

Tacky unironed curtains in master bedroom and mould in showers not what I expect from the Medina Group

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful:questions were answered intelligently and clearly. The room was clean and well equipped. The Medina Grand is within a quick walk to the main shops for fashion, along George street,so close in fact I made a quick trip back there to offload parcels and have a catch up coffee before heading off again. Town Hall station gives quick access to the city circle. The Anzac march and midday service were in walking distance. I highly recommend this Hotel for its service and its location. I look forward to staying there again.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location. Close to parks, shops and attractions. We were upgraded to premium two bedroom apartment on arrival. Lovely large bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Loads of room for our family of four adults and one infant.

The Medina Grand Sydney serviced all of our needs in a very comfortable manner. The staff were fantastic and always eager to please. We especially liked that we had a choice to be environmentally friendly. Thumbs up!

The best thing about staying at the Medina Grand Sydney was that upon arrival we were given a complimentary upgrade from a standard 2 bedroom apartment to a Premier 2 bedroom apartment. This was located on the 27th floor and had fantastic views across the Sydney CBD and Darling Harbour from a massive bay window. The apartment was very spacious and was very well equipped. The location of the hotel was excellent, only a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour and just across the road from Town Hall train station so it was all very convenient.

The price was excellent, and the it was close to all facilities and attractions.
