Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney, Crown Street  

Location, friendliness of front counter staff.

Perfect location for our family, surrounded by great places to eat, great apartment

Price is a bit steep but that's Sydney generally.

Staff gave discount as one toilet was out of order

This apartment hotel is located in one of the nicest urban areas of Sydney on a trendy street with lots of great restaurants and coffee places. The apartments are very big, very well kept and spotless. The staff is very friendly and the manager, Caspar, very helpful.

Wifi for an additional $29,= a day (!!) is so not 2013. This really has to change.

Great position close to city but more village atmosphere great little cool restaurants and good pub across road, famous breakfast restaurant, bills right under hotel. Walk everywhere. We had a car and security parking was great (at a cost)

1.5% fee to use credit card was a bit rough

Clean, great location, great facilities, amazing 2 bedroom apartments. The staff was so helpful besides one.

One staff member who upon check in 'held' the whole amount of the bill plus $100 deposit. Was only suppose to hold $100. And then wouldn't reverse it. Upon check out the same guy was still so rude to me. Other than that everything was good

Security / safety well managed - feel safe

My view supposed to face the swimming pool but cant see much because my view blocked by the well grown trees / etc.. Limited WIFI access

I stayed before in Adina Apartment in Hamburg which had great ambiance . This hotel's colours were very depressing - dark grey and brown. Cleanliness was definitely not at its best. Windows were so dusty and stained.Stains on the sofa all over. Aircon was quite noisy and old, filled with dust . Damp smell all around . The toom I got -211 had a very poor layout, I felt i enter a prison . The kettle was rusty . It was too expensive for this poor quality . Just the location saved it and the restaurant downstairs . I am not planning staying there again .

Convenience of attending exhibitors in the same location

The booking was incorrect and had to alter upon a arrival they had given us the incorrect room however this was amended when we showed proof of booking. Having cola and chocolate added to our bill which we had to point out that we did not have

The location was great close to lovely restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

I loved that the hotel was elegant yet low key, not stuffy. It was quiet and I had the best sleep I ever had. I loved the set out and decor of the rooms. I really enjoyed my stay. thanks.

no highchair available, which isn't great when you have a small toddler and not keen on the giant cockroach in our bedroom on the last morning :(

Friendly staff, location, parking, spacious room, nice decor especially foyer.

Was upgraded to a city view room single to a double room but without the city view, something about communication prob between booking.com and go. When i complained was given free parking as compensation which is usually $30 but i originally paid extra $50 for city view in first place. Manager was super helpful and promised the next time we stay we'll get the best possible deal and with a city view - will definitely go back again.

They charged a $600 holding deposit on to credit card!!!!! How ridiculous???? Just disgraceful and still haven't put money back I had to ring them about it 5 days later! Who charges a holding fee which is more than the room cost???

Its location as it is well away from the business district and the other places where the large hotel chains are located. The Sydney Hills area is also very attractive as you feel it is where the locals live.

With a stay of 14 nights at a cost of in excess of $4,500 AU I feel seriously aggrieved that the hotel does not include wifi for at least its relatively long-stay guests. Internet access is now a basic amenity and I the hotel's lack of free provision and, indeed, excessive charging levels for this service will, perhaps disproportionately, distort my memory of what was generally a pleasant stay.

Its convenient location to the city and eateries but with the benefit of being quiet and relaxing.

Just a small point but the shower in the bath was a little awkward to get into without slipping.(306).

Great location and service was fantastic. Apartment hotel which makes your stay away from home that much more convenient and relaxing . The GM Joseph made sure our stay was a memorable one and I recommend this hotel to my own clients.
