Location, very helpful friendly staff, and well provided instructions as we arrived late.

Staff friendly and helpful Position in CBD was reasonable. Closer to shops would have helped but the trade of was that there were no noise problems. Bus stop outside was useful.

Better ventilation around pool area would be nice but probably hard to do much about it.

Annie at reception was the best, extremely helpful and went out of way to assist

Uncomfortable lounge, television too small for the distance from the lounge

The staff. The manager plus one other stayed very late so they could be there when we arrived around 2315 hours. Excellent of them to do so.

The settee, most uncomfortable. Bit strange having bathroom in the bedroom. No balcony

Staff were helpful, Anna in particular gave us helpful information. Mellie also. It was clean and it all items required to prepare a breakfast and a light lunch. Within walking distance to main tourist attractions. Public bus stop nearby.

For a family with a couple of children I can see some inconvenience caused resulting from the only toilet being in the master bedroom. For us just two people, no problem

Beds were to hard.No air conditioner in the living area.

My apartment at The mediterranean hotel was very comfortable and spacious with a large fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. There is a very nice pool in the centre of the hotel.

Tv a bit small. Launderette rather expensive ( 8 dollars to wash and dry ) and location a little far from main sights , given that the heat of darwin makes longer walks tiring.

We liked the spaciousness of the unit. We considered it very well appointed. We particularly liked the pool.

I thought this motel was immaculately kept - very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was Ok easy to walk into the city but the immediate surroundings were not that attractive.

rooms were big and comfortable. A good central location.

if you are looking for a for value fully self contained apartment this hotel would be hard to beat. It has everything from corkscrew to airconditioning. The inroom spa was excellent, as was the salt water chlorinated swimming pool. Easy walk to main shops. Very helpful staff.

The wi-fi system (charge applies) requires a room near the antenna to be efficient. I was told the current system is to be replaced very soon.

Adequate for my needs.

Being a serviced apartment (which I had overlooked on booking in favour of an acceptable price) I missed the usual motel conveniences like food service, bar fridge, bedroom TV (doesn't easily fit into the bedroom design at all do can understand that). But I was there for a family purpose not a holiday as such, and by myself, so the facilities were adequate for my needs. It was a good spacious room and I liked it.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, we both commented on how comfortable the beds were and pillows too! All the staff were friendly, helpful and obliging. It was very quiet and the pool was very refreshing. I liked having our own balcony and it was great value for your money.

The location is very convenient to the city and public transport. We were made to feel welcome and when our grandchildren came to visit they were also made to feel welcome and were allowed to swim in the pool.

The motel was very well situated, easy to get too and the staff where very friendly and helpful.The pool was great and the rooms were quiet didn't hear any outside noise.
