My friend and I were there for the Tennis Open and found the location great for acces to trams and for shopping. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with any queries we had. Will stay again next year. |

excellent staff. allowed to check in very early and staff were friendly and helpful. hotel is so close to everything in the city. rooms decent for price. helpful front desk staff. renovations during the stay. pool was out of order, one lift was out of order over two day period. restaurant/room service $$$ . |

I liked everything and the fact that staff treated us with respect and made us feel special on our celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary I found it odd that Reception was located on the 6th floor and that it took us 2 sets of lifts to reach our room. |

Perfect location to see Melbourne. Newly refurbished rooms, helpful staff with a great buffet breakfast...resonably priced...unless u like paying double to stay at hotels like the westin, Stay here! |

Easy access to rooms was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful(Customer Service and Maids always greeted with smile) Rooms were spacious, neat and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel for a convenient city trip. |

Customer Service was really great, they were very helpful. The hotel room was good. Good location for new years eve to watch the fireworks! The only thing that let down the hotel room was finding the toilet had not been cleaned, pretty disgusting. |

It was very Quiet despite being told there may be noise from renovations i had chosen a room with a king size bed and was "upgraded" to a room with a queen. however we enjoyed the extra floor space. |

I found the location to be excellant. Central to everything I wanted to do. The staff were very helpfull and when I did have a problem in one of the two rooms that I had booked, it was fixed by the time we had returned to the hotel. Even though renovations were underway, there was no interuption to our stay. |

Big beds and lots of room for my girlfriend and I to have a few days shopping and sightseeing. Most hotels don't cater for two girlfriends travelling together, except with small single beds - Yuk! No. Staff courteous and helpful - esp when we arrived with shopping and bags and had to go straight out to a function. Staff took bags up to our room. Very sweet! |
