The room was clean and airy The bathroom facilities in good condition and helpful for my currently disabled wife. The staff were friendly and could assist with local knowledge suitable for the interstate traveller

Very helpful and friendly staff at reception who went out of the way to ensure guests' satisfaction. They are the best I've met. Great location! It is located at end of Sydney Road whith hundreds of shops and eateries and with a beautiful park across the road. Though the inn does not look very attractive from the outside, the room's interior is quite tastelfully done and is well-furnished.

Convenient to city (tram); reasonable price compared to city equivalents; undercover parking available; friendly staff. I will probably stay again (for f1) , but use earplugs at night.

The doors! They just bang closed - very annoying and caused me to wake frequently during the night. I made sure I closed them as quietly as possible, but the noisy lock mechanism made it near impossible.

When booking we requested a quiet room if possible- this was duly provided and was beyond our expectation. Our greeting at reception by Nantha was genuinely warm, courteous and informative; we received a very warm welcome. The location of the hotel is very good with easy access to the city centre by tram.

The staff at reception are the friendliest most helpful people we have ever come across in melbourne. Great location if you are driving to and from Melbourne, with free parking and convenient location just far enough from the city which makes it easy to find and easy to get back on the city link. Tram stop right outside the motel makes for easy trip into the city. Good, clean budget accommodation.
