Position south of the city.

Not serviced for three days. Shower lacks pressure. Air conditioner causes drafts and does not reach debroom.

Good clean rooms,room for the family and short walk to the city.

Needing to pay for the internet! . An apartment like this should have permanent wifi with a single password in order to have one or more devices to be used with minimal fuss and at no extra delay or cost.Instead the late check-in caused issues the offices due to limited openings hours could not resolve before my arrival.

Proximity to City and Convention Centre.

Carpet in appartment stained. Lounge suite tired and uncomfortable. Photos on website not the appartment I stayed in.

Concierge staff were unhelpful. The apartments were named differently than on the booking web site, therefore confusing to find - no mention of Vue Grande when booking. Corporate credit card booking system meant that I was left with no option but to pay for the second nights accommodation on my personal card. I had expected that the full amount would have been deducted from the corporate card when it was booked, rather than just one nights accommodation.

We were able to leave our bags at the office (safely) after we had checked out so we didn't have to carry them around all day!

Confusing where to check on...I went to main offIce on city road which was the address in the email only to be told I had another 8-10ninute walk to my actual apartment. I was already very tired as had walked all day and was spoken to like I was stupid!

Too much furniture in apartment, minimise which would be better, more room to move around apartment.

We liked the convenient location to the shopping precinct, the great restaurants on South Bank and the city. The organised airport pick up and drop off worked extremely well and meant we didn't need our own transport at all. The staff were welcoming and attended our every need be it prior to our arrival, when we arrived and when we were ready to depart. The room was fantastic for 6 people and we will definitely be back.

Getting taxis to understand where we needed to be picked up and dropped off was a bit of an issue, given there is no access to Whiteman from City Road.
