Clean and tidy, convenient

Great service and lovely apt

Staff were great, had a problem with several of the applicances, phoned the reception to advise and within the day an electrican came to look at the problem, fixed it and went the extra mile to assist us.

We had been booked at 185 City road and upon arrival it had been changed to 241 city Road, which was disappointing as we were further from town.

Was nice and close to everything and clean good kitchen and fridge

Would have liked the option of clean towels and sheet as we were there a week. The bed was a bit hard and could feel the springs.

The blinds need replacing , really shabby condition compared to the rest of the apartment

Feeling like you were at home not in a hotel.

Noise of the wind howling under the door all night. Apartment wasn't maintained, blinds broken couch looked dirty, TV only 3 working Channels.

The staff were friendly and helpful, quick problem solvers. The location was perfect and the view of the city was incredible.

The building was a little dated - not as luxury as the pictures made it appear although they were renovating the lobby at the time and it looked like it would be quite nice when finished. One of the key fobs issued to us did not work and our parking space was issued to another guest. The staff found solutions to both problems quickly.

There was no proper blinds in the bed roomes. The had to move us to different location. They were still renoviting the billding. There was no conceige.

Location and cheap

The bed sheets were not fitted and such came off easily.

The proximity to the city was great. we were also upgraded which was appreciated. the size of the apartment was really good.

Beds were uncomfortable and the blinds were all damaged on the windows so hard to close for sleeping

Window in main bedroom wouldn't completely close. 1 x pillow case in main bedroom had a blood stain on it that was quite fresh and that pillow case obviously hadn't been changed since last occupants.

Close to Southbank and restaurants

Apartment was not well maintained and I wrote a long list of issues that required attantion for the maintenance department to sort

Excellent facilities with bonus of tea making stuff, washing powder for the washing machine etc. Plenty of space and would have been just as good for 2 persons. Proximity of food and general stores means there is no reason to run out of essentials.

Slow internet connections but then that's a problem in Australia anyway.

Everything , the views across the bay, the lights at night, although they may disappear after the next high rise goes up, which has already started

Free pool and gym. Brand new rooms with latest appliances. Very clean.

Requested an apartment with a view & we were not disappointed (32nd floor) Glass windows from ceiling to floor right across the lounge & bedroom, views fantastic city to sea. Apartment clean, tidy & carpets had been shampooed, Staff very helpful & called us has soon as our apartment was ready. Have already recommended to all friends heading to Melbourne.

Early 4am start from home, on arrival yes our room was ready earlier than expected exc, heaps of room for 4 adults kitchen facilities exc well thought out for the essentials(of which we took some with us) couldn't have been better for self,daughter and 2 grandsons in their 20s close to great areas would stay again without doubt many thanks

Ha Ha went into lift at wrong apart block and wondered why when in lift we couldn't do anything to move with a closed door "help", how silly of us and had a good laugh when someone told us our mistake this is not a complaint

The location and views

Took us 26 hours and three phone calls before we got to use the washing machine, the air con could do with a good clean and also the balconies and windows werent too clean. We also swept out a fair bit of rubbish (sox ect)behind the washing machine

The aparment was close to the city centre and crown casino.

We did not like the noise from the freeway, because the trucks drive like idiots!!!!!! specialy during the night.

we liked the fact that it was so quiet and great security in and out of the building and very close to everything

the beds were very uncomfortable and the airconditioning was only good if we all sleep in the lounge room area the rest of the apartment was extremely hot and uncomfortable 8-(. some sort of fans in the rest of the apartment should be considered
