    Everything was up to standard, breakfast was great,staff were very helpful,first impressions when you walk in was wow.

    the room was quite expensive per nights stay,the room was quite smallish.

    In overall the hotel was really nice and enjoyable.

    The balcony in the rooms is just for visual aspects they can't be used which I did not like!

    The great use of the open area in the centre of the complex.

    No views Dark gloomy Club..very over-rated, esp. for breakfast when down stairs had a much better ambience. and more tables suitable for eating a meal. Had to ring to get our bags delivered after waiting for at least 1/2 hour after check in.

    Great products. Very clean bathroom. Excellent club room with generous food and alcohol

    Hotel needs to put in new carpet. White towels on grey side and not fluffy enough

    The pool and gym were great. The whole setup of the lobby and bar and rooms overlooking the lobby was very nice architecture. Our bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a massage from an outside service (Healinf Hands) recommended by the Concierge and the male therapist gave one of the best massages I have ever had. And I normally have 1 massage per week for the last 20 years!!!

    Closet doors were stuck and we had to call maintenance. Seem like cheap doors for such a nice hotel.

    From the moment we stepped out of our taxi we knew we had made the right choice. The concierge greeted us with a very warm welcome on a chilly Melbourne morning and the staff on reception were able to arrange an early check-in which was much appreciated after a long flight. Throughout our stay the friendly and helpful attitude of all staff made our visit a pleasure. Our room was delightful and all necessities were provided. Breakfast was first rate and we loved the ambiance of the hotel. A truly lovely place to stay.

    From the moment we were met at the door by Cliff we were impressed with the warmth and professionalism of the staff. We were celebrating my birthday and enjoyed the complementary glass of French champagne. We also enjoyed using the pool and spa.

    Only the staff

    Small rooms, you have yo pay for water .problematic washroom doors, no locks for washroom. you can't close the toilet door silently and it creates a big noise terribly.

    Comfortable bed. Lovely staff

    Spent $430 on executive room and lounge access. Not worth it. The lounge food was terrible. Dull waste of money.

    The proximity to Vue De Monde, & the wonderful Gastronome experience

    This hotel is marketed as an international brand yet there was no options for a cheese plate or any deserts @ 11pm on Saturday night post returning to the bar after mcg experience, staff were run off their feet & cocktail requests were met with, have run out of those ingredients or food request response were to order room service

    All staff were so polite, hospitable and catered to our every need. I was overwhelmed with their willingness and pure friendliness to help us weather it was to get a taxi and a question or be pointed in the right direction there was always someone to help. The buffet breakfast was amazing but over priced per person.

    The only thing I thought wasn't up to standards was the room service daily. We had lots of rubbish from shopping and that was never cleaned up. Even empty bottles of drink. We also selected a quiet room but unfortunately got stuck next to someone who made so much noise at all hours of the night/morning. Perhaps the rooms are to close or need some kind on sound proofing.

    The wonderful staff, nothing was to much to be asked for. breakfast was great each morning, THE room was very very well set out,and extremely comfortable. The Intercontinental made our one week stay a real JOY. Thank YOU.
