Wonderful view. Good location. Good breakfast. We stayed there on two occasions, both times early check-in was ok - fantastic especially the first time, right after looooong international flight The room was little on the small side - cramped with two big beds. |

The location is great and very quiet, the Hotel staff were very helpful The parking arrangements were not very good on how to use them and getting in and out. It took about 1.5 hours to get out after checking out. |

Did not get what we booked, staff weren't helpful. Parking was terrible, would not stay again Parking, wrong room, booked 2 x double beds, got 1 x double, then given rollaway (very uncomfortable) not what we booked |

The promptness of checking in and the atmosphere when we wlaked in. We live locally and had not stayed in the city for ages and could nto get over the change in this venue. We attended a ball that evening in the hotel. |

View from the room was wonderful, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was inaccessible and took a long time for staff to park and retrieve cars. |

Check in was very quick, our cases got to the room before we did! Concierge helpful re local information. Beautiful view over the river from our room. Very central, walking distance to South Bank and city. Car park under hotel, very handy. Special rate for guests. |

So close to the city and transport,very good location. The first night we stayed in a room with an adjoining door to the next room and you could here everything from that room,but the staff were very good about our complain and gave us a new room the next morning. |

Both my partner and I were very disappointed with the condition/facilities on arrival. I feel it was not as portrayed in your website. By comparison it does not deserve the rating it enjoys. I have never experienced the parking problems your hotel presents !! Being open to public parking is just Greedy and presents a very unsafe environment to park/leave a vehicle in!! |

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, far too soft. We requested a change of mattress/bed/room, but were palmed off with an excuse and no solution. We were in the hotel for 5 nights only due to the fact that I had had surgery and physically couldn't move to another hotel. It was very uncomfortable, non supportive and overall a very unpleasant sleep - or lack thereof. |

Trevliga rum, nära in till stan och övriga nöjen. Vill man springa en runda så fanns det bra möjligheter längs floden. Varför leta småfel. Hotellet är trevligt :-) |
