Massive spa room, with loads of space. Friendly breakfast service and nice choice of breakfasts. Liked the fact that hot food was cooked to order. Amazingly helpful staff makes this hotel stand out from the crowd. A special mention to Hotel Manager Andrew who went out of his way to help us with out stay, directing us to late night chemists and making sure were ok, when I was unwell. Only one small niggle which is the fact there was only one lift, and waiting times were quite long. You could not use the stairs instead, as the stairwell did not allow you to exit on Ground level, instead forcing you onto the basement car park.

The staff were very friandly and helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, as was the condition of the hotel as a whole. The hotel is top range price wise but the facilities do not quite match. For example bar drinks/food are not available all day (opens at 4:00pm), parking is an additional charge, and the views are mainly of the adjacent rooftops and car parks (not quite the "stunning" views epressed on the hotel website).

The staff were incredible and made us feel special and very welcomed. They are friendly and very professional. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The price was good not to expensive or inexpensive. Highly recommend this place to anybody as it caters for all sorts.

The room was really nice. We went for the room with a spa tub. Loved it! The location. We arrived there at night and the town was dead. Me and my boyfriend drove for a good half and hour trying to find one convenience store. Luckily one kebab store was still open and they told us that there is one petrol station not too far from there.

The hotel was well located to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the town centre generally. The rooms were bright, airy and spacious, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout, and the decor modern, but not spartan. It still had a comfortable, welcoming feel. The bathroom was clean, the shower roomy and the water pressure was good. The room had a fridge and kettle, and the milk plus a variety of teas and coffees was replenished daily. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well. All the staff were well presented and professional, yet still very friendly and helpful. This is just a personal thing, and I'm sure that the anti-smoking "nazis" in this country would say "Ha ha! Tough luck"! I am a smoker, but I have no issue with smoking not being permitted inside the rooms. I think that this is perfectly reasonable. However, as all rooms had external balconies, I don't understand why smoking would not be permitted outside on these. Having to change into street clothes and travel down 4 floors to have a cigarette outside the hotel seems a little extreme. I have travelled extensively in Europe, and have never had to do this when staying in a room with a balcony. A box of tissues in the bathroom would've been nice.
