Room very well priced and exceeded expectations. Staff all friendly and professional. Liked location, close to amenities in Port Macquarie and also reasonably quiet.

The staff were very friandly and helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, as was the condition of the hotel as a whole.

The hotel is top range price wise but the facilities do not quite match. For example bar drinks/food are not available all day (opens at 4:00pm), parking is an additional charge, and the views are mainly of the adjacent rooftops and car parks (not quite the "stunning" views epressed on the hotel website).

Great accommodation aand excellent staff and restaurant.

No microwave, plates or cutlery in the room. However, restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful in providing necessary utensils for take away meal.

The room was really nice. We went for the room with a spa tub. Loved it!

The location. We arrived there at night and the town was dead. Me and my boyfriend drove for a good half and hour trying to find one convenience store. Luckily one kebab store was still open and they told us that there is one petrol station not too far from there.

The hotel was well located to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the town centre generally. The rooms were bright, airy and spacious, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout, and the decor modern, but not spartan. It still had a comfortable, welcoming feel. The bathroom was clean, the shower roomy and the water pressure was good. The room had a fridge and kettle, and the milk plus a variety of teas and coffees was replenished daily. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well. All the staff were well presented and professional, yet still very friendly and helpful.

This is just a personal thing, and I'm sure that the anti-smoking "nazis" in this country would say "Ha ha! Tough luck"! I am a smoker, but I have no issue with smoking not being permitted inside the rooms. I think that this is perfectly reasonable. However, as all rooms had external balconies, I don't understand why smoking would not be permitted outside on these. Having to change into street clothes and travel down 4 floors to have a cigarette outside the hotel seems a little extreme. I have travelled extensively in Europe, and have never had to do this when staying in a room with a balcony. A box of tissues in the bathroom would've been nice.
