Bathroom very poky - we were supplied with 1 towel between 2 people. Asked for more towels to be sent straight away and were given 1 towel about 20 minutes too late. Thought payment was already processed through credit card only to find out that by giving credit card details this was just to hold the room... |

Very nice location facing the Treasury Garden. Only five minutes' walk to Captain Cook's house and also very convinient for business. Room was clean and TV was very good. |

Pre-booked parking on-site a bonus. Overlooking Treasury Gardens. No noise at all. Quick check-in and check-out. Really comfortable bed and room very clean. Breakfast was only average quality. |

I thought they had a good buffet breakfast - hot food could have been hotter though. The bed was very comfortable and linen nice. Yes there were stains all over our carpet, the picture on booking.com looked nothing like our room. There was no shower gel provided. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They all seemed very happy. Enjoyed the fact that it was so close to everything and you could walk most places. We ended up having an upgrade as our original room was small and stuffy. The staff (David) were ever so helpful Our original room was a little on the small size. This does seem to be a bit of a problem when you book on line. Though I did not select the room with a balcony originally |

The proximity to M.C.G and Rod Laver as well as Treasury Gardens and East Melbourne. My room had no view, apart from air conditioning plant and a brick wall , the carpets were very stained, but the worst feature was the bathroom, much better to have a shower recess than a wet, cold, plastic curtain blowing in against you in the six inches of space between the cutain and the grab rail over the bath. The bathroom is far too small |

A good location, the staff were helpful, it had good breakfast facilities, and the rooms were quiet. Room very dated, ours was too busy compared to sons similar room. The bathroom badly needs refurbishing. Internet access poor. |

Comfortable, not over-expensive, and the position in Spring Street where my room overlooked Treasury Gardens - very attractive position. Would have preferred the bar (and its noise) further away from the dining room. |

The room cost of $200 was expensive. The room was small, right next to the lift - bathroom was dated, dirty and small. The bed was two single beds joined together and you could feel the gap |
