Friendly efficient staff.who made us feel welcome.Even the room attendent was polite when she passed us in the corridor. I work at Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast. You compared very well.

Liked the room size and cleanliness. Staff were nice and no fuss.

I had asked for additional pillow and only got a pillow case. Also on the day we arrived at the Mercure our room had no towels. Air conditioner also did not work very well (heating in main area).

Although we in a front room looking over Spring st were very impressed on how quite our room was No External noise at all.

I was able to access staff for numerous things and they were very helpful especially with directions. That saved me on time and money. keep up the good work.

Its proximity which made it easy to walk to the city shops, lovely parks and gardens, and Southbank. Friendly staff and a lovely restaurant are an asset to the hotel.

We liked the fact that the rooms had two double beds, unlike a lot of other hotels. Also that the hotel was very central.

Wished you had balconies to take advayage of the view more!

I appreciated how proffesional the staff were, the hotel facilities & the location were absolutalt fantastic.

Car Parking.

The staff were very attentive and polit.The location was very Central for walking,shopping and restaurants.Public transport was on the doorstep making it easy to see the city.

It is not easy to access the hotel from the street as there are about half a dozen steps and our luggage was quite heavy.

Not to far from the shops

We were not informed that the restaruant was not open and there was a private function in the bar area. We were out all day shopping couldnt wait to get back and sit down in the lounge area and have a drink and relax.
