The proximity to M.C.G and Rod Laver as well as Treasury Gardens and East Melbourne.

My room had no view, apart from air conditioning plant and a brick wall , the carpets were very stained, but the worst feature was the bathroom, much better to have a shower recess than a wet, cold, plastic curtain blowing in against you in the six inches of space between the cutain and the grab rail over the bath. The bathroom is far too small

Everything was to our liking

Comfortable, not over-expensive, and the position in Spring Street where my room overlooked Treasury Gardens - very attractive position.

Would have preferred the bar (and its noise) further away from the dining room.

It's very close to the city center without all the hassle of traffic. easily accessible to public transport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable.

Just that the bed was on wheels and everytime I moved, the bed moved too!

location is very good to visit cricket ground

the price system of wireless lan is not comfort

I thought the staff very helpful and friendly, easy access to all amenities, shops restaurants gardens, tram services etc. would stay there again and would recommend to friends.

The bar was not manned enough. One barman to about15 - 20 customers. I need fresh air in my rooms a window or balcony room would have been better.

the bathroom was very small, matter of fact the whole room was small.

In the city block and across the treasury gardens

Once booked, we could not cancel the booking. Also the way the cashed the full payment was cashed as soon as the booking was made.

night manger was fantastic, close to theatre, easy to find, parking easy

The air conditioning did not work and I thoughyt the price on the high side

Very tiny barthrooms and Holes in the Towels.
