The buffet breakfast & room service were fantastic In the cbd walking distance to Rod Laver Arena & MCG& shopping precint Overlooking the park
Good room for sleeping, nice and quite. Comfortable bed and decent sized room. Very comfortable all round. Close to all amenities. Tram outside the door. Breakfast was excellent value for money and very tasty.
View of the back alley was not very nice, would have preferred to have been given a better view.
Location Friendliness of staff Ease of booking
Breakfast. Cold and oily. No gluten free options available.
Nice location. Friendly staff.
There is no one approached us when we arrived with our luggages. Theres no ramp available for us to easily transport our lugagges to the lobby. Though, the reception lady happily assisted us on carrying our luggages after few times she saw me coming up and down from outside.
Close to MCG and to Tennis Centre Comfortable Beds Quiet
No on site parking Bathroom very small
Pleasant outlook close to shops, restaurants and public transport.
Over head lighting would have improved stay.
Friendly staff, modern and well appointed rooms, fabulous location, affordable price.

Internet pricing $24.5 for 24hrs is over priced.
I was told on arrival we were upgraded from the two bed, Room. In fact we were down graded to a single bed room with the second bed being a fold out sofa bed which was far from comfortable. Apparently the upgrade was a balcony on a winters night which we did not use.
location is terrific easy walking distance to MCG ,city shopping etc.
The car park is far to small for Large cars no turning room!
I loved the look of the room and staff in the restaurant were great.Room was clean.Requests were met (ie.a room away from lift).
Paying for parking on top of room rate and not being given clear enough details about where to park.Bathroom not kid friendly, as unable to keep my toddler from accessing it (sliding door entry).King bed was two singles pushed together, not a king.
Mecure's Treasury Gardens is situated in a delightful part of the Melbourne CBD and is very close to all that I wanted to see, i.e. The National Gallery of Victoria and The Australian Centre of Moving Image and the exhibits I attended were first class. Also being located on the City Circle Tram Route was great for seeing more of the CBD. Every member of staff I had contact with were First Class and most helpful. All my meals were excellent and again I commend Accor Hotels for providing an excellent buffet service for breakfast. I partook of the buffet at Mercure Welcome last year and I always stay at the Novotel in Canberra where I go 2 to 3 times a year to see Exhibitions at various Galleries. All in all a most delightful mini vacation and I will always stay at Treasury Gardens on my visits to Melbourne in the future. Many thanks and looking forward to my next visit. Regards, Jenny Sheldon-Lee
The staff were friendly the location was perfect for our stay
Glass bathroom door not a fan
We were upgraded to a park view, with 2 Queen sized beds.
Not long enough. 2 nights would have been much better. Parking, was difficult to find the lifts. Staff could have given us information. We assumed that we would go back down the stairs that we came up. Not so. We didn't see any signs to the lifts when we arrived.
The staff went above and beyond to help with anything they could. Friendly, chatty, obliging. Beds were amazingly comfy. Shower was also super powerful and they have good hairdryers (saves bringing your own!) Really close to everything you need.
