The restaurant food was tasty and inventive. It also catered for a wide range of food concerns; ex, vegetarian and vegan
It was close to our event, it was clean, well presented and great value.
This hotel was excellent value when compared to the other big brand hotels in Melbourne CBD. Quality of food ordered through room service was very good. We were also upgraded to a better room with a great view. The staff were also very attentive.
location. late checkouts. secure parking and great space for cars. very reasonable parking cost and can stay until 6pm next day before extra charges.
Not enough breakfast facilities in cupboard. Could be a toaster and a couple of plates.
i like it then we had a tv that wasnt working ,we called the front desk , they came promptly and tryed to fix it , them we were asked if we would like to move rooms and they would help with luggage, all went smoothly.
I travelled with my teenage daughter and we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We liked the location close to everything , the restaurant was beautiful with really good food .
There was nothing we didn't like.
The fact that they didnt advise that my card had declined and i then had to pay upfront when i had reserved 3 weeks prior. Also the cleanliness of the room was astounding. There was food spray on the ceiling and cobwebs all around.
clean.. nice area of town..
wifi cost money
Location was great, walking distance to Rod Laver Arena and the shops and theatres. We had breakfast in the restaurant, great selection all fresh. Room was a good size and staff all very helpful.

Nothing much about this hotel I liked. Thought it was fair and not the same standard of hotel we had been use to.
The room was small.

Location of Hotel close to live shows and a short walk to all that Melbourne has to offer.
Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The price of the room due to the event that was on in Melbourne at the time it was double the normal rate.
The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was central to all we needed. The restaurant had a good vibe.
We were on the 1st floor and instead of the beautiful Treasury Gardens, we has a view of a tin roof.
