the room was fantastic the dinner was great.

It might have been handy if the Estate had a shuttle bus - we got caught out with booking a taxi and it not arriving. I think if you want just for the use of the spa pool you would be disappointed.

-Our room was beautiful, modern and luxurious -the staff had given us a bottle of wine as it was our wedding night, which was a lovely touch -breakfast as delicious -the surroundings are very serene and relaxing

-only one person was checking guests out at the peak time of 11am and there was a significant wait for this reason (the small office was filled with people).

We travel very frequently and can confirm that It was quite expansive in comparison with other places

Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous and staff were attentive. Cellar door had a great selection of wines. Concierge was extremely friendly and free room upgrade was very much appreciated!

Would prefer having one server in restaurant and cellar door all the way through. Man hole in bathroom fell open and made a mess. No soap tray at basin.

Loved the location & service, dinner at Rae's was outstanding! Beautiful food, wine & staff :)

Our room was not clean, grape seeds & vine left on coffee table, toothpaste smears on walls in bathroom, someone else's half empty milk left in fridge.

the beb was hideous with that solid bit of wood in the middle of it , change..... that is my suggestion

spacious, well appointed suite.

room had a parade of ants running along one wall, unfortunately i placed my luggage on top of this which in turn became infested. shaking ants out of clothes was seriously attacked by ants!

The grounds and locations were beautiful.

The staff were rude and dismissive. I booked our stay and dinner reservations 5 months in advance as it was our anniversary and we were seriously considering it for our wedding. After staying there, definitely not having our wedding there or going back ever!

excellent room with magnificent view.

Beautiful place, great restaurant, particularly breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly, despite one bad experience we had regarding the room not been made for the day when we returned back in the evening from a hot sweaty day. While checking out, the receptionist was very apologetic and cancelled the incidentals for our room. We appreciated this gesture

Disapointing

I pre-paid and booked six rooms, a further seventh room was paid for on the day of arrival (16th november) All six prepaid by myself Susan Jacks through booking .com. In two of the rooms 309 and the one directly below a significant musty smell was noticed on check in...and on returning to the rooms including 311 that evening a smell not dissimilar to sewerage was noticable.. That increased during the evening to be particularily unpleasant by morning. This was brougt to the the attention of the receptionist on check out.. on saturday the 17th..who said .." she was unaware of a problem in our block...but was aware of a problem with the sewerage in another wing !!! (Sewerage is all connected)

The location, food and vineyard wines are excellent.

Our queen room was not the same as the photo on the Accor or Booking.com websites. It was a dark corner room with a sliver of glass. The website did caution limited views but no effort was made to brighten the space. One low watt eco bulb in the ceiling and low watt bedside lights. It was very difficult to read and virtually impossible to work at the small desk. Only 1 chair in a double room?!!

A wonderful base for the vineyards providing fine dining and comfort and lovely setting.

It's a beautiful place in a fantastic location and the wine is amazing. You get free wine tasting with the price of the room and 10% off all wines and you get to try about 15 different types, they were all delicious. The customer service was second to none both in the hotel and at the restaurant and the room was fantastic. It over looked the whole valley and the added bonus was a spa bath in the middle of the room with glass surround directing outwards over the balcony. I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone, we were even accommodated for when the restaurant was full and the taxi never turned up to take us to the restaurant we booked down the road. They made room for us even though they were packed thankfully.

Excellent facilities - Natskin Spa best ever experienced. Staff in restaurant were outstanding.

Front office staff could do with increased customer service training and knowledge of the area to be able to assist guests with recommendations on eateries etc.

This was our second stay at the resort and we will stay again. The rooms are very comfortable. The decor is very relaxing and well thought out.

The menu for room service could be expanded a bit more as we did not feel the options were all that inspiring

The location is good and the restaurant was nice

Not very good value for money. The room was not clean (mould in shower, dirty wine glasses and cheese left behind from the last guest!). I wouldn't recommend it, there are a lot of alternatives in the area.
