Buona posizione a circa 20 minuti dal centro ma con servizio di navetta ogni ora, hotel tranquillo e ben strutturato, vasta scelta per la prenotazione di escursioni |

Le camere sono ampie ed i letti enormi e mobidissimi. Tra i piu' comodi mai incontrati in un hotel. L'aspetto generale e' buono. La distanza dal centro non e' poca (ma c'e' una navetta gratuita) e ci sono alcuni problemi di manutenzione, che abbiamo trovato spesso in Australia. |

La cordialità dello staff. Sono stati sempre disponibili e soprattutto onesti nel fornici informazioni e suggerimenti per le diverse attività che si possono svolgere a Cairns. Le camere non erano sufficientemente pulite, ma penso che sia una caratteristica degli hotel australiani in generale. |

The hotel was quiet and reasonably close to the city. The room was clean. Undercover parking was good. Breakfast was plentiful. The rooms, especially the bathroom needed refurbishment. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and became extremely hot and steamy. The room was much smaller than was depicted on the website. The room was not cleaned until after lunch. The staff in the breakfast dining room were impersonal and unfriendly. |

The room is comfortable. The view form the room will be better if we were given a room at the higher floor. Only one particular staff at the counter seems to be able to provide better info on various day tours |

Location was great for where we wanted to go The service was poor. We phoned to inform reception that our shower was cold and no longer working, no one ever got back to us, when we reported it again when we checked out simply a sorry. Not good enough. |

Price was great and easy access to airport and downtown. I would have liked a power converted for USA power. I asked each day and the desk said they would save one, but they always gave them out to others and said they forgot. Even after they wrote it on a paper note. I am trying your hotel chain again in New Zealand this week. Let see if it is different. |

I really enjoyed the service I received by the staff and the facilities available throughout the bar and pool area What I was't happy with was the male staff working on Sunday 11th Oct was never available at the bar to serve us drinks and I had to wait the first time for 15min before he came back and then asked at reception to go and find him the second time. His excuse to me was that the bar doesn't get busy until 5pm. The beds in the room to make a king size bed doesn't zip together and therefore you end up uncomfortable sleeping when the mattresses slip apart slightly. The bathrooms are an old and poor design the way the shower is set up. |

The food was always pretty good but we ventured out every day as it was so beautiful and lets face it...who stays in the hotel all day when on holiday!! The room was disgusting and in good need of a refurb!! everything in bathroom was mouldy and all decor/furnishings etc were 'tired' looking!! The wardrobe door fell onto my 2yr old son fortunately not harming him!! Yes, not reaaly impressed but you make do!! |

We originally booked in for two nights and in fact spent 9 days in the hotel. Our room was outstanding, large and with a large bathroom. Our room had a large balcony and directly overlooked the sea. The staff were helpful and generally very nice. The hotel's hourly free bus into town was very useful. Recommended. Very expensive internet connection. As in all Accor hotels everything is "extra". |

Your Reception Team were very helpful and friendly. When I booked the room over the internet I asked for 2 double beds and smoking but arrived to find 3 single beds so rang reception and the booking was rectified by Tom at reception with speed. I found the hotel to be quite a distance out of town. |

Reception assistance and booking of tours was excellent. Hotel entrance, lobby, pool, and restaurant were clean and attractive. Laundry was convenient and clean. Access to downtown by hourly hotel shuttle or walking was convenient. Room decor, bathrooms, and central hallways need renovation and updating. Surface cleaning was good. |

it was good to be on the Esplanade we had a lovely evening walk each evening yes when we arrived we were not booked in for breakfast, when i made the booking i know we had paid for breakfast as it was part of the offer on the internet, i could not prove this at the time and the girl on reception was quite abrupt about the situation. |

there was a mistake in that I booked a twin bed room they had allocoated a double bed room but when mistake was reakised they upgraded us to a twin with a sea view |
