Hospitalitity and the way the staffs treated us was really good and makes us feel to come back. Room were clean and good, surely a good place to stay

Internet could have been made free for short duration atleast

Good location and their shuttle services made it convenient to the city center.

The Internet service provider they used while one would be willing to pay for could log in and when you log out, you could not get back in. Upsetting!

Witnessed the unhygenic way that cups/utensils were cleaned and quick splash of chemicals n use of toilet brush equated to cleaning of the bathroom/toilet. Would return if cleaning was improved!

As a local, we were given an ocean view room at a very affordable price compared to the other hotel/motels, plus a free coach into the city. We will be back, a great place to stay.

The room was excellent, well catered facilities, friendly staff and good location. Reasonable price, nothing to moan about at all.

Great location and everything we expected.

We needed wifi toile it tick all boxes. It was available but really it needs to be free for a limited capacity usage without the extra charges. It should be hidden in the costs and not an extra. Almost all other places we stayed over 5 weeks provided free wifi including our day at the barrier reef!

Great mattress--extremely comfortable! Bath and lighting were very good. Staff was most helpful.

The location and the front desk staff were friendly. The view from our room was nice.

Housekeeping had not cleaned the coffee cups or spoons from previous gguests. They did not clean our room but only made the bed and replaced the towels. Dirty glasses and same coffee cups still there. Bathroom sink not cleaned or counter where coffee made. Front Desk had to replace items and were going to clean but I said no. Our carpet had red stains on it there was a smell to it. I took photos.

The views on the harbour side. Friendly helpful staff. And the free shuttle bus to city centre.

It was a nice hotel for an overnight stop with family because of an early morning flight to Sydney and Adelaide. It would be a fine hotel for a few days in Cairns

A little bit removed from places to eat of shopping

It was cheap in price

The house keeping was not very good. I had a pizza from room service left in my room for 3 days, they didn't bother taking it away. Surely the cleaner knew we were finished with it.
