Very nicely set up. We ended up in a two bedroom apartment (we paid for a one-bedroom) so we had plenty of space. 42nd floor. Elevators were excellent so no delays. Will stay there again (depending on price). We found it a little bit noisy (from the ground - not from adjoining apartments). Just single glazing. Not a major problem. |

Well appointed apartment very central to all the sydney has to offer. Most places of interest can easily be reched on foot. |

Room was serviced daily. Bed was comfortable. Yes, being accused of scratching the TV and charged $800 (then reimbursed after speaking to the Manager). I offered to come back and inspect the said scratches, but he said there was no need. Extremely unhappy customer after this conversation. |

Visited Sydney, the city and Bondi beach The view was really poor from the 21st floor, which is actually the 11th as ground is 10. At check-in we were not told about the poor view and were lured with a balcony which was actually useless. |

Room was clean, tidy and staff were great. Was good location for everything. Smell of takeaway's in the room in the evenings was disgusting. Came back to the room one of the days to find cleaner had left our door open! Was not too happy about this. |

Excellent Location for exploring Sydney All floors can be a bit noisy, as the Apt Hotel is downtown Sydney. But there was no Inter-Room noise, only "City Noise" |

The location was great. The hotel was nice and everything was very convenient. The room smelt like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The cleanliness of the living room was poor. It had the feel that the previous occupants had been smoking and drinking in it. |

The space and layout if the appartment, the daily clean an restocking of teas, coffee etc close proximity to CBD, Darling Harbour and boat show plus within walking distance or all of Sydney,s major attractions. Need to be above 20 storey to avoid night noises. |

I enjoyed the privacy and location of the hotel. I would have liked the front desk receptionist to inform me that the security deposit on the room was not going to be returned for 7-10 days. I think that should have been conveyed to me at the time of booking in. |
