Schönes Hotel das eher einer Apartment siedlung gleicht wie der Name schon sagt, gut gelegen nähe Metro und Bus, zentral gelegen, nähe chinatown, eigene waschmaschine im Apartment, grosses Zimmer mit TV und DVD Player |

I enjoyed the privacy and location of the hotel. I would have liked the front desk receptionist to inform me that the security deposit on the room was not going to be returned for 7-10 days. I think that should have been conveyed to me at the time of booking in. |

i liked the size of the rooms.. and the facilities . they charged me $35 for a lost car park ticket! I thought that was crazy.. they know how long i stayed and to charge this for a ticket was very offensive! I stayed 8 nights. |

Comfy bed. having a useable kitchen, good view, close to everything The staff didn't smile or really make us feel welcome at all during any conversations we had-pity. No-one explained how we were supposed to use/swipe our card to use the lifts. The fridge in our room 4303 b was very noisy and woke us at night. Spoke to a helpful staff-member who said she knew that the fridges were a problem and offered to change our room. She made it quite clear that we would be moving lower down the building and wouldn't have as good a view. We opted not to move because we liked our view and didn't want to have to er-pack etc |

The location of the hotel is good, very convenient with a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was comfortable and in-room facilities were adequate for a short-term stay. The staff, especially at the reception, were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. When I arrived, they didn't even bother to open the security door for me, I had to wait for a guest to flash his card. When I asked for a map, the concierge didn't say anything or bother to look at me. He just tore a map and handed it to me like I was bothering him. |
