Если ценник будет устраивать - то в принципе жить можно, пока гостиница относительно новая... Так как месторасположение в принципе неплохое. Комнаты большие, хорошо оборудованные.

Уборка. Пожалуй это был худший в этом плане отель на моей памяти. Мне первый раз в жизни пришлось покупать в гостинице мыло. Все что по приезду положили из туалетных принадлежностей, так и не обновлялось за неделю. Я понимаю, что это не совсем традиционный отель. Но в Мельбурне я останавливался в отеле такого же типа - все было в порядке с этим. Да и здесь если бы цена была ниже, я бы не зацикливался на этом. А так считаю что цена не соответствует уровню отеля. Да и вообще уборку оцениваю очень низко, если не изменится отношение персонала, то через пару лет то этот отель превратится в помойку и клоповник. Удивила экономия на деталях, я такой марки телевизора не разу в жизни не видел... Естественно он был неработоспособен. Если будет плохой прием сигнала, просто пошевелите антенный разъем в телевизоре... Впрочем это не совсем просто будет, придется постараться чтобы найти правильное положение, ибо разъемы расшатаны.

The remote for one of the air conditioners and the hairdryer was not working. Within 10 minutes of reporting 2 men were at our door and fixed the remote and replaced the hairdryer. We had a problem finding a parking spot due to being a long weekend, one of the staff offered his spot to us if we waited 15 minutes when he finished his shift.

We enjoyed the spa and helpful staff. The room was nice aswell.

great location at an affordable price. Not 5 star, but not described as either, so dont feel let down. Thought it might have been a little more flash from the picture. However, enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 29th floor with a view towards Darling Harbour. The apartment was well appointed, comfortable and very central to a supermarket, shopping, cafes, restaurants, movie theatre and transport. We will stay there again when we take a few days' break in Sydney

The advertised 'free' fast, one hour internet access in the lobby is set for 2 half hour sessions, 7 days apart, so the second session is useless if you are only staying 3 nights. Apart from the 'free' half-hour, internet access is too expensive. Please, Meriton, provide a data-capped free one hour connection per room, per day. Most tourists only want to access email and tourist/transport information.

I thought it was paid for when i book through the company and when i turned up the staff were going to make me sleep on the street cause i didn't have the credit card.

The hotel was very clean and modern, the room was very spacious and simple the bed was a great size but it was two bed put together so not very comfy if you end up on the middle join between the beds.

Could have done with a few more pictures on the walls or maybe a mirror as it looked a bit bare otherwise.

The apartment was very spacious. It was located in easy walking distance of most of Sydney's attractions, particularly Darling Harbour where there was plenty of choice to eat. The supermarket was no more than 5 minutes away and the facilities in the kitchen area allowed you to eat in more than we had planned.

We were travelling with our sons aged 22 and 20 and their room had been made up as a double bed. We asked if this could be made into twin beds which they were happy to do at a cost of 10aud. They said we should have chosen that option when booking but I do not remember that we had a choice.

It's very comfortable hotel with spa and very good location of sydney.

Everything was really good, loved the serviced room, it was so handy for the venue that we went to and good city location, close to everything.

The person that served me at the desk has taken $100 from my Mastercard, when I paid the full price in cash and he said it was in case there was any damages to the room and they probably wouldn't be taking any money from me. We left the room in perfect condition but they have still deducted $100, which I will have to investigate and that puts a sour taste to my trip. If I sort out the $100 I will recommend to to everyone who goes to the city, if they have robbed me, I will be advertising their dishonesty.

I liked the indoor pool, just the right length. Great staff and fab location close to town hall station.

I was first given a room without proper windows (hiding the fact that it looked out at a brick wall). As my only request was to be given a view, I was rather anoyed, and especially at the amount you pay for a nice room. However one lovely staff member changed my room promptly which was great. The ironing board didn't stand up but apart from that it was great.

Good size studio room fully equipped.

Was not informed about the 2% credit card charge until after I signed the credit card slip. Was not advised that that room security deposit should be paid in cash compared to credit card due to exchange difference on charging and crediting back. Was not informed upon check in that the refund of security deposit will only be processed between 5 - 7 working days after checking out. Was not informed that I needed to use the lift access card to access the building after a certain time at night. Was not informed that I could easily access George St from the Lobby instead of walking one big round.
